eConsult The practice is now able to provide online consultations. eConsult provides medical advice at the click of a button. Please visit our practice website at ww.chainbridge.co.uk and click the link that states ‘Contact our doctors online’. Here you will be able to learn more about your condition and contact your GP via a form. This will allow the GP to decide on the most appropriate treatment options for you and you will receive a response by the end of the next working day. You will also be able to request test results and extensions to fit notes. More information can be found at our practice website.

Tyneside Integrated Musculoskeletal Services (TIMS) is a joint Newcastle and Gateshead service which offers self-care and fast access to expert opinion, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of muscle, joint and soft tissue conditions and chronic pain. Patient, public and carer engagement forum Monday 4 March, 10am to 1pm (registration from 10am to 10.30am) at the County Hotel, Newcastle, NE1 5DF The forum is a space where Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) can talk with patients, carers and the public. It is an opportunity for local communities to share their opinions with decision makers from the CCG, and contribute directly to decisions affecting healthcare provision.

Can you knit? Some of our very kind patients and staff are currently knitting "Twiddlemuffs" which we are going to give to our patients who have Dementia. If you are able to knit (its only plain knit on big needles) and would like to help you can download the pattern from the surgery website or call in and we will give you one. Also if you know someone who has Dementia and would like a twiddlemuff for them please let us know and we will sort that for you.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We are blown away by the number of donation we have received from staff and patents for our local food bank. Thank you so much if you have donated. We will be taking all dontation to Lucy Street Chapel this Friday 20th so its still not too late if you wish to contribute.

We are currently collecting donations of food items and toiletries for the local Food Bank in Lucy Street Chapel. If you are able to help there is a shopping trolley in the surgery to drop of any items. Thank you.
