second time we ordered from here last night. chicken nanbaab was so good! your chicken kebabs are the best I've had so far and I'm a fussy eater. only downfall was the spicy rice wasn't spicy but hey ho was still a lovely takeaway, thank you will be back again :)
just had the burgers delivered that I won on the competition. one of the nicest burgers ive had will deffinately order again. Kids and neighbours enjoyed there's too. thanks again!
We got the chicken kebab and pizza deal, couldn't fault it! Spicy devil pizza was delicious! Chicken kebab came with salad and chips! Came earlier than time stated (as ordered online direct from website!). Nicest chicken kebabs in town!

I was drunk and annoying and got chicken kebab with chips and garlic the chicken was moist and totally delicious and the garlic sauce was waaaay better than DonatelloŌĆÖs... 2 seconds up the road and cheaper and much better value for money!! So I won the competition and picked up the 4 piri piri chicken burgers tonight.
I ordered 3 mild and 1 very hot. They all came with chips and salad.
The chicken was tasty, juicy and the right amount of spice for both my partner and daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed them.
The staff were really nice and polite and we were served ŌĆ£by the good looking one with glassesŌĆØ lol... ’┐Į
Ordered tonight. Came an hour and 45 mins later. Order cold so rang up. Whole new order sent with free Pepsi. Lovely and great customer service.
I had 2 nanbabs with salad and garlic. The meat was so tasty and it was so filling! Still lots of food left over!
Got my food on time nice and hot the driver was very nice i would be ordering again and tell my family to try it out

Always absolutely AMAZING service at Charco Grill. Every visit is a good experience. The food is lush, I'm really picky about chicken but the chicken you get in the wraps/burgers/kebabs is always top quality! The pizzas and kebabs are always 10/10. Everything comes in huge portions. The guys who work there are all super friendly and we always have good banter. Like Faz,he's always so welcoming every time we go. And we always have mint banter with Ameer "Big One".
10/10 best place in South Shields by far - Mario and Beth
Service is always great and never have problems but something seriously has to change with the hummus it has got worse and worse over last few months tonight it looked like it had been topped up with water to bulk out portions.

So according to Charco Grill, garlic bread served with kebab meat means kebab and a pizza base. They've done nothing but put kebab meat on top of a pizza base.
And just as a note I am not exaggerating, it's just a plain pizza base.
Order was missing food. Rang and complained but was asked if they could give me next time!! I had company awaiting the missed food so was not acceptable to me. Tried ordering again tonight to be told I was banned??? Accused of being aggressive because I wanted what I paid for!!! Am I in the wrong here????? Is this the businesses you promote???? Otherwise just eat is a portal for anyway to make money and I will promote my views nationally!!! A response would be appreciated but not expected due to the quality of customer service I have received from your promoted takeaways. Checked and vetted I think not!!!!!!
