One of the many things I love about martial art is the way it brings people together. It brings people together regardless of skin colour, religion, ability, sexuality, wealth, gender, age or disability. All the walls people tend to put up because someone is different to them are pulled down.
Someone being different to you should be a celebration not a prejudice. We are taught as martial artists to respect everyone and everything on this planet and work together in harmony. ...
I am indebted forever to martial art for teaching me this and try to keep my mind as open as possible. This way the learning never stops and the possibilities are endless.

Well my 5 stars do not even come close to my actual rating of this club.

My son has attended since October 15 through a good friends recommendation.

Through the classes he has grown in confidence, discipline and just enjoys his time there immensely.

The instruction is second to none, with everyone made very welcome and everyone friendly and willing to help others.

A fantastic club with a truely refreshing mentality.

This is the best thing I did sending our son to this club he has come on leap and bounds, all the children that go here are polite and very respectable to there master Katey/ black belts and each other. Fantastic �

The highlight of my week. Keeps me focused and stress free with Uni/Work, and allows opportunity to train alongside my dad. The senior grades are spectacular at helping others progress, with a positive attitude and respect to each and every student.

Myself my son and my daughter have just had the pleasure of transferring to this club, we have been welcomed with open arms. My daughter has had a very ruff year due to bullying so her self esteem had hit rock bottom. The club instructor has worked wonders with her through patience and encouragement she has now started to regain her confidence. This is a very welcoming and friendly club weather you are just starting your taekwondo journey or you are regaining your love for the sport. Would recommend this club 100% .

My three sons and I had our first lesson tonight, and we can't wait for the next one! Friendly teachers, clear instructions and great venue. Would recommend to all ages and abilities!!!!

It is not just about kicking and punching, we learn etiquette, history, language and the philosophy of why and how Taekwondo was developed.



My daughter Amy and myself love coming and learning from the brilliant instructors at the classes and seminars throughout the year. We have met some fantastic people across the different clubs - and the atmosphere is superb at seminars and the annual competitions which are brilliant to take part in. Needless to say - we are hooked!

I cannot recommend this club highly enough Friendly atmosphere, fantastic instructors, very knowledgeable and great training facilities always happy to accommodate, good all round club for all ages one big happy family !

With classes in Darlington, Barnard Castle and Frosterley specifically tailored from 6yrs+ there is something for everyone. All Instructors are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Higher grades support their Instructor's in lessons, giving back to the club by passing on their own knowledge to the lower grades, helping them develop and progress. Communication from Instructor's is top notch. A highly recommended club!

Busy, friendly group, boosts self esteem and promotes discipline and focus. My daughter loves it.
