GOOL PYRAN LOWEN! (Happy St Piran’s Day) 🥟🥟🥟This is my baby girl taken just before a St Piran’s day concert. She’s 19 now with bright red gorgeous hair and hates it when I repost this every March. We always traditionally eat Saffron buns today but it’s also #shrovetuesday. What would you eat, Saffron buns or pancakes ?🥞 And no, I can’t eat both🤷‍♀️

Tonight we had the best meal @oldlifeboathouse No wonder this waterfront restaurant is a firm favourite with all our guests. Thank you Jane and Rachel for looking after us so well ❤️🍷❤️🍽

Trying my own homemade marmalade on mustard and carrot bread by the amazing @bakertomsbread ...... I wasn’t sure about the combination but it definitely works. Breakfast outside on my steps today, it must be February 🤣#feelslikespring

My favourite Cornish garden has to be @trebahgarden Its lovely anytime of the year however spring is the best with its 100-year-old rhododendrons, magnolias and camellias🌺 And the best bit is the trail that follows down to their very own secluded beach on the Helford river............What is your favourite garden?

A lot of my guests I know will be sad to hear this as well as everyone here a Chy-an-mor. I hope she will live on through her books and films and keep Cornwall busy with tourism. What an amazing Cornish lady!!!

Who needs to go abroad when you live in West Cornwall. Amazing mini stay at #carbisbayhotel and only a 18 minute drive from us for fantastic spa treatments 💆🏼‍♀️

What a change in the weather! Spring arrived today 💐 I can’t believe the last time I visited this gorgeous pub I was only 11 years old 😮 It’s a gorgeous creekside inn with flagstone floors, low beams and log fires 🔥 Amazing food, lots of local beers and wines and extremely friendly staff. Cornwall at it’s best. Hopefully I won’t have to wait another 20 years before I return 😉

No we don’t have snow #❄️ Penzance never gets it. I had to wait 10 years to get this pic. But I’m jealous of all the lovely snowy pics that are being put up, so this is a throwback from last March. Keep warm everyone ⛄️

Perfectly positioned near the water with off street parking. Wonderful hosts, comfortable room and plentiful and tasty breakfast.

Our 2nd visit here. It certainly will not be our last. Louise & Richard are a lovely couple. Very obliging and make us feel very welcome. Wonderful choose of breakfast too. Our last one tomorrow �

Just back from a week in Penzance's best guest house. Actually I don't know if it is the best, but It would take some beating! Thanks to Richard & Louise for looking after us.

Just an amazing place to stay , clean , comfy beds , all you would want from a stay way from home and the owners so helpful and friendly A1.

An amazing place to stay! We are ex-B&B owners so are a bit fussy about where we stay. Excellent rooms, hospitality and breakfasts. We will no doubt be staying again.
