I was actually dreading the day my daughter said can we go prom dress shopping. But she found the perfect dress here. The ladies were so helpful and couldn't do enough for her. So thank you both so much for making this a pleasurable experience. ( no Gin needed after all)

The owners are very very friendly, they help you look gorgeous on your day as there are lots of different options, they're all a reasonable price and you can try as much as you want until you find the perfect dress, unlike some places that aren't happy for you to try loads of things on! I would highly recommend this place to everyone, very welcoming and lovely people xx

The only shop that made me feel confident in a dress for prom. The dresses are stunning and there is plenty to choose from.The staff are lovely and always happy to help. My prom dress was a size 14 and I wasn't told once that I was too fat for any dress, unlike Paris in the metrocentre. I was made to feel like a princess here trying on dresses and I can't recommend it enough. I love my dress and now I can't wait to go to prom ’┐Į

The ladies made us feel so welcome and helped my daughter try on so many dresses and helped her feel so beautiful and comfortable. I'm so pleased we chose to go to Cinderella's in Gateshead. Fantastic Service my daughter received when choosing her Holy Communion dress. Nothing was too much bother and she could have tried on every dress in the shop if sheŌĆÖd wanted too! Other retailers could do with taking a leaf out of Cinderella book as far as customer service and pricing goes. DonŌĆÖt even think about going anyway else 5* +++++++

Extremely happy with the service we received today, friendly and not at all pushy and were totally interested in finding the right dress for my daughter. Didn't feel rushed like you do in some places. Excellent!

Cinderella's is the place to go!!! We were made to feel so welcome my daughter was so happy when we left dawn is now her new best friend she loved her so muchŌØż’ĖÅŌØż’ĖÅwould highly recommend popping in for a great service and a beautiful prom dress thanks girls xxx
