I know that we've all done it from time to time. Sometimes needs must, but have you ever asked yourself "How?"? How can we justify paying so little for what we wear? How can we build livelihoods by paying as little as £2 for that T shirt? How do we build communities, educate children, or treat those who make them with respect? I suspect the answer is"We don't". We are only little, here at CJ Central. We are not making huge changes to the world (yet!), but we can say that we have met the people who make our products. We've enjoyed listening to their stories about their families, communities and their lives. We've shared a cup of tea, a laugh and outrageously sugary Indian sweets.
