CIRCA WILL HAVE A NEW OWNER SOON!
Since announcing my retirement and putting up my business for sale it's been a busy few months as you can imagine. However I'm delighted to say that Circa has found a new owner who will be taking over in a month or so.
Circa will remain the same under the new ownership so there will still be a cafe alongside the retail area with it's eclectic mix of sellers.
... It's great news that such a successful business will continue in Amble with a seamless transition in ownership.
So this is just to say a big thank you to all those people who expressed an interest and to our customers and sellers who have stayed with us.
I'd also like to thank Circa's staff who always work hard and have been a great support over the past few months.
Once everything is in place we'll update you on the new owners but in the meantime it's back to the dish washing for me! xx

We stopped off for a cuppa here on route home from our caravan and we loved it ~ kids loved the 'Beckham' style chairs and i loved the shop bought a very striking paperweight for our new house too! A hidden gem xx

We had an amazing day yesterday In Daisy, the afternoon tea was lovely and the service was great, but the caravan was fantastic, a great idea to treat someone , we were thrilled and couldn't stop smiling the whole time we were there. The shop was an added bonus. Just fab x

We had a fantastic afternoon at Circa, we were in the beach hut which was decorated brilliantly & we had our own music playing with was an added bonus! (Afternoon tea for 2 £19) so we went for 3 of those as there were 8 of us, the sandwich fillings were lovely and fresh, scones were delicious and the big slice of cake was ample! We were all stuffed! Huge pots of tea and refills on filter coffee too, our two children and the adults too enjoyed looking in the two caravans which also cater for pm tea, the afternoon was fun, we felt we could sit and relax and weren't rushed at all. We'll definitely be visiting again soon! Brilliant

Today was the first time I have been, a neighbour took my mam and me, we stopped for morning coffee (tea) and a scone each and they were absolutely delicious and homemade too, and staff lovely and helpful can't wait to go back x

This place is brilliant. Food wise we had an amazing afternoon tea with the biggest slice of cake I have ever seen. The scones were superb too.

The shop itself is full of vintage items and we tried to clear out their vintage crockery as much as we could. What a treat!

Nice pleasant atmosphere to have a browse looking for that missing bit of shopping or a curio from your past that makes you smile and takes you back to yesteryear, when your done try a cuppa and cake,

Just popped in for afternoon tea ( coffee) what a lovely atmosphere, staff are very friendly, and the scones to die for! The other side of Circa is a treasure trove of furniture and crafts and other lovely pieces! Well worth a visit, and I'm so lucky I live just down the road!!

I love this place. Friendly staff, big portions, super helpful with special dietary needs and welcoming of small children. Then you get to peruse the Aladdin's cave of vintage gifts and handmade crafts after you eat! I have never left without a treat for someone. Often me!

Had a great afternoon tea this afternoon! They made an amazing effort accommodating my egg allergy which I truly appreciate! Will be back again and bring a load of friends! Thank you again �

Gorgeous afternoon thank you so much to all the staff for making my grandmas 75th so special. The Vintage caravan was done out beautifully bringing back beautiful memories for my grandma & grandad!. The music was down to a T!. Afternoon tea was second to none very generous portions. Thanks so much for making her 75th a day to remember. �

Fabulous home cooked food with friendly staff and lots of trinkets to peruse- will be back

Another lovely lunch followed by a piece of cake all washed down with 2 pots of tea.

I love the China tea cups & I usually decide where to sit depending on which cups are on the spare tables !!
