Just at the end of my third week in the new location at Surtees Business Centre. Here’s some pictures of the new room. It’s easily accessible on the ground floor with a very short walk from reception to my room, most importantly free parking just outside the door!

The Southlands Centre finally closed its doors today. I returned to collect some post, such a sorry sight with it’s boarded up windows & ivy growing through its fabric. A sad demise from its heyday when there was a waiting list for space & when it was a vibrant & busy place. I was there with my business for 22 years & have witnessed its downfall particularly over the last couple of years. . . . .very sad for the local community.

The Clinic is moving tomorrow!
Due to the impending closure of the Southlands Centre & it’s demolition, I have to relocate.
... I have taken an office in Surtees Business Centre which is on the outskirts of the Preston Farm area of Stockton. The office is literally just off the A66 junction for Ingelby Barwick. So very very easy to get to for all.
It is a ground floor office, with free visitor car parking right outside the door so no walking! There is disabled ramp access for my wheelchair patients also.

Why it is important to remember your posture especially whilst on your phones or at your computer! I’m so often treating neck & shoulder problems with associated headaches, mostly due to bad posture!

Southlands is still open! You can still support the businesses that remain in the Centre.

It was a busy week at the Southlands, like the old days before the council started to run the place down. It just shows there is a need in Middlesbrough for a place like this to exist.

Folks have been asking if I’m still at the Southlands Centre, Yes I am! It’s still open, it can’t just close, the council have to give businesses 6 months notice & they haven’t yet! There is a fight going on to save it by the local independent councillors, so watch this space. If I have to move it will be posted on this page. Really good , no pressure to re book and does a brilliant job

I've been suffering with my back, I was very anxious to come but Rosemary has gave me a very friendly welcome and put my mind at ease.

I'm only on my 3rd session and I can feel the difference I would highly recommend if your living on pain killers like myself.

I visited rosemary twice with lower back pain and sciatica pain and numb left leg. I had pain for almost a month. I have had back pain in and off for 20 years plus with the job I do as concreting. She put my mind at rest straightaway she realigned my pelvis and basically put everything straight A’s it was out of line. It has made a massive difference could feel the difference after about 3 days. It’s got better day by day. Would certainly recommend her to anyone. Thanks again. David Tarling.

Best thing I ever done when I started to go and see Rosemary, I wasn't even sure she could help me but she did and I will definitely continue going to see her for maintenance, so knowledgable about how your body is connected highly recommended
