in my kitchen my tumble dryer decided to burst into flame it would have been a lot worse one for the quick response for the fire service you couldn't burn a hole in the ceiling and destroyed everything in my son's bedroom I think they do a brilliant job

User

Thx for the guys today who came to help my mum, they were brill with her and helped get her into ambulance. Really great help today thankyou guys x

User

Thank you to the Watch Manager from Stockton for providing excellent advice in relation to a suspected electrical fault with my induction hob. The burning smell and smoke raised the alarm and whilst I had isolated the power, there was still a strong smell of burning. Both the WM and the Thornaby crew that attended to check it over provided me with lots of reassurance. CouldnŌĆÖt have asked for more, very helpful, thank you. ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Thank you so much to the two fireman and lady that pulled over to help an old man who had fallen over and badly hurt his head today in Guisborough. With their help, guidance and first aid skills we were able to move the man safely inside to await an ambulance. The three on duty (from

Redcar) were absolutely fantastic, ensuring the man was comfortable and despite their limited resources, ensured his wounds were dressed as best they could be. When they could wait no longer with us another two fireman came from the Guisborough station to wait for the ambulance with us. The man was taken to James Cook and hopefully he makes a full recovery. Thank you for all your help, it was greatly appreciated.

User

Thank you so much to the firefighters at Stockton Fire Station for giving my son Arthur a little look in one of their Fire Engines! He absolutely loved it! An experience he wonŌĆÖt forget for a while!

User

Just what to say a big thank you to the firemen who recently turned up at my parents house in Ingleby Barwick to look after my Dad as the response time for an Ambulance was too slow. You did an amazing job looking after my Dad and supporting my Mum through a terrifying experience. It's very much appreciated!

User

Just wanted to praise the firemen that pulled over on cargo fleet Lane at lunch time to help a lady who had dropped her shopping in the road and was struggling with her walking frame. Well done to you for being such great humans!

User

Just want to say a massive thank you to Cleveland Fire Brigade (grangetown depot) and the firefighters that were at my house minutes from receiving the phone call. If you guys hadnŌĆÖt acted so fast, things could have been a hell of a lot worse and potentially I could have had a seriously poorly little girl or even worse, I could have lost her. Still quite shaken up but IŌĆÖm so glad Skyler is ok’┐Į’┐Į

If these people didn't already do an amazing job! The firefighters on shift tonight at the Middlesbrough station saw me and my 2 year old boy, looking through the doors, as they were doing checks on equipment and vehicles!

They invited us in and gave him a tour of the engines etc like we were royalty! He got to meet loads of real life Fireman Sam's and was absolutely beaming! He hasn't stopped talking about it all night! What an amazing experience for him and what a amazing thing for the staff to do! ’┐Į’┐Į

I just want to say a big big thank you to Coulby Newham Fire Station. We were at their open day yesterday but it was just too noisy for our son Jamie aged 9 who has autism. We went over this afternoon and they have just given our son Jamie a VIP tour of the station including a small ride in a fire engine with blue lights. Jamie said " you guys are awesomely amazing and even better than the guys off Chicago Fire " Thank you so much it was amazing. Xxx

User

I had a scare thinking my oven was broke as it was not cooling down and it smelt wrong they came out within seconds and assured me and explained it all even though I felt silly they were very helpful and kind brilliant service thank you so much

User

Huge respect and thanks to Cleveland Fire Brigade down at the marina doing routine work today. You very kindly invited Isaac over and let him sit in the fire engine, use the water hose and disconnect the water supply from the hydrant. Although he was very shy at the time you have made my his day and he can't stop talking about it. Thank you for allowing him to be a firefighter even if it was only for 10 minutes.

User

Great service replacement smoke alarm fitted within hours of telephone call. Lovely to speak to the firefighters especially as my husband was a firefighter for 30 years . Keep up the good work!!

User

Cleveland fire brigade come round to talk about fire safety in the home after the tragedy near our home. And fitted two new smoke alarms for free. A big thank you from me and my family.

A massive thank you to two of your crew today in Guisborough. One of our dogs was very badly injured and unable to weight bear. He needed carrying down from Guisborough woods and one of your passing fire crew assisted to get him down and to the vets. He's had surgery now and we have our fingers crossed that he'll make a full recovery. Thank you so much!
