ALL SET UP AND READY FOR OUR WARHAMMER WEDNESDAYS. TONIGHT FROM 5PM
Every Wednesday we re-open at 5pm to play some games. At the moment we are playing Warhammer 40k 7th ed Kill Team (200 points) and Age of Sigmar Skirmish (50 points). We are also planning on doing some 8th ed 40k patrol games and starting some Shadow War Armageddon over the next few weeks aswell as Starting an Age of Sigmar Path to Glory Campaign. Watch this space for details.

WHATS GOING ON THIS WEEK....
TONIGHT : Weekly Magic Meet-up at the Ivy House (focus on Commander and casual standard or whatever format you want)
WARHAMMER WEDNESDAYS : "No Kids - No Titans" . From 5pm. Playing Warhammer 40k 7th ed Kill team (200 points) and Age of Sigmar Skirmish (50 points). Also writing lists for 8th ed patrol games, AoS path to Glory and Shadow War Armageddon for anyone wanting to jump into those campaigns when we start them in a few weeks.

MAGIC THE GATHERING STANDARD EVENT TOMORROW 1PM
Running a Standard format event Saturday 22nd at 1pm. £6 buy-in. Two boosters go into the prize pool per player. One booster per player as prize with extra boosters divided amongst top four. Stacked for higher placement.

THURSDAY NIGHT MAGIC TONIGHT 5PM ONWARDS
Tonight is our Regular night for casual magic in the store. We re-open at 5pm for you to come down and play some commander, some standard or whatever format you want. There is no fee to come and play and no set time so you can rock up what time you want and leave whenever you want.
... We played some cool Warhammer last night, so remember you can get involved with that every week. Path to Glory hits this weekend and we are going to be setting up a campaign for that.

WARHAMMER WEDNESDAYS - NO KIDS NO TITANS
We continue our weekly night of Warhammer tonight from 5pm. We are currently playing Warhammer 40,000 7th ed Kill Team (200 points) and Age of Sigmar Skirmish (50 points). We will also be moving onto playing Age of SIgmar Path to Glory when it is released on the weekend, Shadow War Armageddon, and 8th ed Patrol Games (30 power) Why not pop down and play a few games, I have some spare warbands and teams, (although Its not a night where I teach you to play sorry).

HOUR OF DEVASTATION STOCK DELAY
NO EVENT TODAY - STORE CLOSED
We had en Email late yesterday from our supplier that our delivery of Hour of Devastation has been delayed. This is NOT a matter of availability or orders not being fulfilled, just a matter of delay. I have used this supplier for over a year now and most of the time they are great, however this is now the second issue I have had from them (eternal masters - which to be fair they worked hard to fulfill when the prod...uct was globally short-shipped). This means I will now be using an alternative supplier to fulfill hour of devastation, the earliest I can order is Monday which means stock should be here Tuesday.
My restocks on all standard boosters were on the same order, none of which was supplied so I have zero Standard boosters in stock till I can fix this on Monday. Therefore I have taken the decision to cancel todays competitive standard event and keep the store closed for the day.
Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused and I assure you that all orders will be fulfilled and we will be using a different supplier for new releases going forward to avoid another disappointment.

HOUR OF DEVASTATION UPDATE
Obviously we are approaching closing time (2pm) and no sign of the delivery , so its safe to assume it wont be here today as expected. We are still waiting to hear from our distributors and will update this page and our events page as soon as we have any news.Fingers crossed it will be available tomorrow. Watch this space for further news.

WARHAMMER WEDNESDAY
Good Morning everyone, today is Wednesday all day today which means alongside finishing my Grave Guard and maybe starting my Beastman warband and listening to the Intergalactic punk rock hip hop wonderness that is PWEI, its also the continuation of our weekly Wednesday night event "NO KIDS - NO TITANS" This is a free to attend, free to play night for mature gamers (no under 16s sorry) to play skirmish games in a friendly environment (no power gamers sorry...). At the moment we are playing Warhammer 40,000 7th ed Kill team (200pts) and Age of Sigmar Skirmish (50pts). I have also spoke to people about putting together 30 power of 8th ed in a patrol detachment force org to start playing some small games of 8th.
We have a WARPSTORM order going in this Monday, but due to the last minute rush which almost delayed this order I will be closing orders Saturday 4pm and the order will go in Monday morning and arrive Wednesday ready for games night.

HAPPY WET TUESDAY MORNING EVERYONE.
As always we will be meeting in the dry environment of the Ivy House pub later on after 5pm, to play some Magic the Gathering. There is no set time to turn up or leave as its a pub, so just head on down whenever you like. Theres no particular format but Commander seems to be the most popular although some people do play standard. Head on over to the community and events page if you want to organise playing a certain format to avoid dissappointment or confusion.
We also have another WARPSTORM ORDER going in on Monday , great chance to save 25% on all Warhammer and Age of Sigmar. So its time to have a think what you want and get your orders in.

COMPETITIVE STANDARD 1PM
Theres still time to get yourself in gear and get down to the store for competitive Standard event kicking off at 1pm.
£6 buy-in with two standard format boosters in the prize pool per player. Every player gets at least one booster, with placed (1-4) players receiving additional boosters from the pool.
