I went to the galashiels Pandora store for a ring wasn't in stock there but at the Alnwick store the lady said she would post out to my home address free of charge ..thank you i received this today . Excellent service x

Had been in a couple of years ago (on holiday) to purchase a ring from this lovely shop. So as we were passing by again this year on our hols I thought I'd go in again for a wee look. Staff were great! Felt comfortable taking my time to look and try bracelet and charm on. So a big thank you to the lovely staff. Love my new double leather bracelet with clip on heart charm. Hopefully we'll be in again next time we're down that way xx
