I have just been to a pensioners house today who is recovering from a stroke and there was an alarm engineer who recently charged this man £120 callout to fix the alarm and left this battery still connected and overlooked the problem he was there to fix. Some people should not be dealing with these Systems battery is not far off exploding red hot swollen and leaking. Problem solved now with no callout fee from myself

It's that time of the year when we get a rise in doorstep traders, most are genuine people but there are a few who are just after an easy way to gain access to your property through an open door especially when you are home.
