Here’s a quick look at the weekend ahead. On Saturday the very popular band Frankie’s Cafe make a welcome return to the club. This band place a variety of soul, pop, blues and soft rock. Entry only £2.50. Sunday sees the start of our tribute shows, and on this Sunday the brilliant Michael Appleton will be performing his tribute the Michael Bublé. Here's some pics from last night. As expected, super cool Robson Field put on a great show for us all. Good to see a busy room, so thanks to everyone who turned out. Thanks to our Tony for opening the show, and to my mates in the band, Terry CC and all of our hard working committee and staff. Last but not least, thanks to Kyle for providing the lighting. What a fantastic club. I had the pleasure of performing my Neil Diamond and Johnny Cash tribute show with the house band who were fantastic. The people are so welcoming. Price of drink is the best I have seen for a club. Really well run with fabulous acts on every week. Wednesday night is great get up on the stage and sing with the band.

This is the best club I have ever had the pleasure of being part of. It so friendly and newcomers are made to feel welcome and encourage to get involved. The entertainment is second to none. Wonderful Wednesday open Mic is fabulous and I have met so many people I can now call friends. The tribute night are outstanding and every bit professional. I've seen so many tributes here and each one of the acts have been better than I could have imagined. The staff are warm and freindly, and you cant beat the drink prices. If you get the chance pop in see for yourself, you won't be dissapointed.

My favourite club to perform at and to visit for entertainment. Alot of thought and professionalism goes into the way the club is ran. This is shown by how busy the club is continuously throughout the year, even midweek nights are of the same calibre. The house band is one of the best I've ever heard. One of the few clubs that continues to thrive and give the members what they want. Well done to all involved.

I was introduced to the club a few months ago by friends and was made extremely welcome by the musicians and regulars who attend the club, lovely bunch of people and fab atmosphere, nice friendly staff too. What a venue. This has got to be the number one entertainment spot in the North East. Top class entertainment coupled with a warm welcome combined with a forward facing committee prepared to update the traditional club formula. Don't believe me. Then get yourself along. You won't be disappointed.

I've been a member of Coxlodge Club for three years and joined because it's one of the very few club's in the north east that still employ excellent musicians who are capable of accompanied the first class entertainers that frequent the club. The club attracts some of best singer's and tribute bands from all parts of the country.

The club's success is down to good management by the committee and the resident musicians that works together as a team. "No doubt there will be a little friction in the committee meetings occasionally"

The club is well attended by loyal members and regular visitors. Drinks are amazingly cheap and served by really friendly staff.

I truly love this club... everyone is welcoming... great entertainment!
