Creme De La Creme

We popped in after winning a competition and have had the loveliest night. Me and my parents tried both hot courses and desserts. All the food was presented really quickly to an amazing standard, tasted amazing and there was lots of it. On a lovely summer night like tonight it was perfect just watching Ocean Road go by and enjoying the restraunts decor aswell. Dannii is a perfect host and it's so obvious that the other businesses and locals love her. Nothing but compliments to her and the chef. Hopefully it won't be too long before out next visit. We love coming here! Always warmly welcomed by all the staff. There's a lovely little play area at the bottom where my 2 and 4 yr old love to play and it means there not disturbing any of the other customers. I'm addicted to the sweet shakes and pancakes can't get enough and all the other food is delicious too. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

We had a trip to Creme De La Creme on sunday, very quiet when we walked in, lovely staff very welcoming, took our orders straight away and we took our seats, my little girl wanted to sit at the pink table but one of the staff apologised and said there was a party due any minute but we could go in the toy den and there was a table in there also. I had white chocolate cookie dough with ice-cream, my daughter had chocolate orange sundae and my partner had a chicken tikka wrap with fries and salad, everything was beautiful and nothing went to waste. I think the bill came to around £18. Will definitely return, 5/5 x

Visited earlier with my 3 children, me and my son shared the cookie dough, we got 3 flavours and got to choose 1 extra, it was absolutely gorgeous, it came with ice cream and pot of melted chocolate too. Would highly recommend this as it is absolutely the best sweet treat I've ever had. My youngest daughter got an ice cream which she loved too, The staff were also all so friendly. Will definitely be back again, thank you x

Took my little boy here 1st time today who is 2 and highly recommend. Staff were so welcoming and deserts were lovely. My little boy ordered the sweet shop desert and enjoyed making his own icecream up. Nice little toy section at the back for kids and a gift shop which I didnt know about!

Struggling for things to do on my day off with my daughter I heard about this ice cream parlour on Ocean road that was brilliant and from the moment I walked through the door I was not disappointed, lovely service with that extra big of personal touch when it came to making my daughter feel special.



She had the 🧜‍♀️ sundae while I chose the whisper sundae and they were both lovely and she ate the lot and considering she’s only 3 The was a big challenge as it was massive.lol



Thank you for today and I’m sure we will return in the future as she’s not shut up about the place 😊. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Popped along Ocean Road last Friday with my family and we ordered out 3 ice cream cones and one tub. Couldn't of asked for a better service, lovely staff with even better personalities. The ice cream was absolutely out of this world and we'll definitely be back again.

I came today with my nephew, we got a vanilla ice cream and he absolutely loved it, he managed to get sun cream in his eye and it was about sore, the staff went out their way to make sure I had water and tissues to bathe his eye,all staff were so polite and went out their way to make sure we were comfortable and Jayden could play with the toys. Will definitely be visiting again xx

Finally tried out food from this place, ordered banana and toffee pancakes and Reece's sweet shake, the food and drink was great and please with the portion sizes too. Chelsea served me, was very polite and did a great job on the food.

Been in tonight with my partner and little girl hav to say it was amazing the cookie dough was the best iv ever had and am fussy the owner was lovely and made us feel more than welcome and nothing wasn't a bother dnt normally leave a review bt this dessert was to good not to x

Been here a few times now & today we visited for a Halloween shake. We did not check the flavours and when it arrived my daughter did not like bubble gum / chocolate orange ice cream. I was prepared to buy another flavour but Danni gave her another ice cream free of charge. Totally above & beyond & she didn't have to. Great customer service thanks again.

Amazing doesn't even sum up the time we had here today. I pre booked a table for 2pm and got stuck in traffic. Messaged the page who said it would be fine. Once we arrived I think the rest of shields did too. Although we had a little wait for food, once it came the two girls were very apologetic (I did not mind the wait my children played in the room in the word search. Fab idea) Food was piping hot and tasted lovely. The unicorn and mermaid shakes were to die for, oh & the sundaes wow!

Fabulous staff who coped really well under the pressure. They Were still answering any question we had, really friendly and approachable. Also a young man that worked there even offered to take a picture for us. I don't mind a wait for food ( really busy) when you get customer service spot on! Well done! We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely beautiful. Me and my son popped in and the staff were so kind and patient listening to my 3yr olds demands haha. Couldn't eat all of anything we bought as it was so filling. Was devastated to realise when I got home I'd left my boxed up left over waffle on the table haha. Will definitely be back for another. Thank you �

Why is there a £10 minimum amount when paying by card. My bill was £8.20 but spend over £10 so as not to disappoint my 3 year old grandson who was looking forward to his ice cream.

Visited yesterday. Lovely staff and food. Paninis are delicious and the Forerro Roche ice-cream sundaes are to die for! My only suggestion is that when there is a hold-up on hot food an offer of a free refill on drinks would be a nice gesture as our coffees were long gone before the food arrived. That aside, a great place that I'll definitely be returning to!

Lovely and polite staff. Tables were clean, has a nice menu and well decorated and I loved the gift section. Was a little surprised by the price but would definitely go again, only as a treat mind. The best vanilla ice cream ever was had.

Lovely food but a very very very long wait. We were in there for over an hour and a half waiting for two sandwiches and some brownies. But I must say it was not any fault of the girl who was working today and she is an absolute testament to the business as she was so very busy and all on her own trying to manage the till, the kitchen and clearing all the tables. She was clearly struggling on like an absolute trouper and was so very apologetic when she must have been stressed to bits!!! Give her a pay rise I say, she did the owner proud today.
