Would love to say thank you for your amazing performance tonight . The children loved every minute " Sophie " her first panto . How you had the children entertained aswell as the adults I haven't laughed like that in a long time . Thanks we will be back !!!

Took mt two granddaughters to see Puddles' Adventure today. Great show, interaction with audience was excellent and the ending totally involved the children helping the "SuperHeroes" The young dancers were enthusiastic and impressive. Shame on South Tyneside Council who gave about a dozen people including me, a parking ticket for parking safely in the car park but not in a bay as only the disabled bays were free. Not impressed at the cynical money making action of checking the car park when they knew it would be full and the unsuspecting motorists treating their families to a local theatre show. Customs House, not your fault but I won't be back. Others beware.

The customs house is a favourite venue for myself and Tom. We have seen many many shows , plays, ballet and I have enjoyed them all in varying degrees. The customs house staff are always lovely and so helpful and we have made some lovely friends along the way. Show your support and book a show. You won't be disappointed by this place. It's small but with a big heart. X well done the customs house.

The Lambton worm panto absolutely amazing from start to finish. My husband, daughter in law and 3year old grandaughter and myself had a fabulous time. She was a little dubious of the witch but by the end was shouting and laughing as much as the whole theatre. What really was lovely was adults as well as children were joining in all the booing hissing and cheering , such a family day out. Keep it up customs house, we will be back next year. May you go on for many more years.

The Lambton Worm at Customs House has to be one of the funniest pantos I’ve ever seen! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I was even in tears from laughter.

Having been let down at the Times Square panto last weekend, this more than made up for it - including the generous 2 for 1 offer to those affected. Thank you and well done

Seen Navi in South Shields last night for the first time and I was absolutely blown away by him, he was amazing I would recommend to anyone to go see him. I will be going every time he’s there. Brilliant performance �

Panto was Brilliant as not a typical story - Arbuthnot was amazing for another year, taking the knocks and falls in true panto style! He gets better each year and stands strong alongside his talented mentor! Cried laughing - loved the ‘Black cats’ coloured outfits! Well done Ray and the team!

Our recent visit to see Santa’s naughty elf was amazing, as always. My 5 year old daughter thought it was hilarious. It was just the right length to keep children entertained and the story and jokes were very age appropriate...with a few adult jokes thrown in, it’s something that adults can really enjoy too. It’s great for interaction with children and also getting the them involved. Lovely touch at the end was a visit from santa. My daughter loved the show so much she has wrote a letter to santa to tell him how good it was. This is the 3rd year in a row we have been and look forward to next year taking our younger son along too.

Naughty Elf was amazing, love how they kept the kids engaged and the adults with humour only we would know.. just in the queue to see santa �

Naughty Elf was a fab production but I've never been disappointed..this is a great place, great staff! My 4 year old loves it and always asks to go straight back!!

Love this place , great family entertainment, the little one always enjoys coming here and the pantomimes are just the hest

First time visit to the customs house, took our 3yr old little girl to see the naughty elf her first Panto experience she loved it and so did Mam and Dad. Great interaction and the right length to keep the young kids engaged. She enjoyed seeing Santa at the end as well. Fab show lovely xmassy evening. Thanks we will return next year �

Cast, all of them...outstanding! Costumes ‘gobsmackingly good!’ I’ve NEVER seen better! Script magic, and all of the traditional panto elements were present, except for a female principle boy (Ray! get here if you need me! Lol) We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Props to everyone!!! (No pun intended) Have a fantastic run everyone.x.

Been to see Wormtown by Reece Connelly tonight - what an amazing funny poetic clever play - we loved it - fantastic performance by everyone - well done all - definitely 5 stars

Attended the Customs House today with my 4 year old to see Santa's Naughty Elf. It was so good. It was interactive and just the right length of time for her to remain engrossed and not get restless! It was very well written and absolutely hilarious. Can't wait for next year!

Another fantastic night at Jason Cooks comedy club, we laughed from start to finish absolutely fantastic, Jason is a legend xx

Absolutely immense time at santa's naughty elf. I didn't know if my 2 year old would sit but she was enthralled the whole time. All 16 of us were entertained from start to finish, the best kick of to the festive season a family could have x

A small and really friendly theatre in beautiful surroundings. On a plus side plenty of free parking.

A fabulous place and venue also with a lovely restaurant I've been quite a few times and have never been disappointed. I will always come back.
