CutieCals Nail Services Policies.
Non refundable booking fees:
... A £10 non refundable booking fee on all bookings is to be paid to PayPal.me/cutiecalspz or with cash in person. Once paid this fee will secure and finalise your appointment. This fee will be removed from the cost of your treatment when you pay in full at the appointment, or carried over to cover future bookings.
Cancellations:
Notice of 48 hours is required for cancellations. Any cancellation inside this period will result in the loss of the Non refundable booking fee which will be kept as a 'no show fee' and future appointments will require payment in full at the time of booking. If you then miss that appointment the full advanced payment will be kept as a cancellation fee.
I am a small business and late cancellation have a huge impact in my family finances. Please be thoughtful and organised about your bookings. X
Please note Christmas bookings (the 3 weeks preceding Christmas closure) require the full outstanding amount to be paid should you cancel or want to move your appointment within 72 hours of your booked appointment. I have ladies on a waiting list every year but without sufficient notice I can not offer them your cancellations and I can not afford to lose this income at this time of year. Please be mindful of this.
Repairs and replacements: All treatments have a 48 hours free repair cover. After this time repairs are done at a cost of £3 per nail. Infill appointments include full replacement of 1 nail or rebuilding of 2 nail lengths. Any more will be charged at £3 per nail.
Health and Safety: Due to insurance requirements: -Children under 12 can not be present during appointments unless supervised and only at the discretion of CutieCals Nail Services. -Personal data files are required to ensure your health needs are met and maintained. Please note this requires you to fill out a brief client card which is stored in a folder and kept in a locked filing cabinet as required by the data protection act.
CutieCals Nail Services DOES NOT offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your nails we will offer a re-do of the treatment as required by law and only if we are at fault. If fault can not be proven CutieCals Nail Services will use our discretion when offering resolutions to any issues. If clients do not take the advice of their technician with regard to appropriate choices of treatments or follow up aftercare treatment advice, we at CutieCals Nail Services can not be held responsible for any consequent issues.
Should CutieCals Nail Services have to cancel any booking with less then 24 hours notice we will rebook your appointment at the first availible and mutually agreeable time with a 10% discount on your treatment as a good will gesture.
CutieCals Nail Services reserves the right to update and/or ammend these policies at any time.

I’ve had my nails done twice now by Cathy . Both times I have received a very professional and lovely service! I am a hair stylist so my hands are always wet and in all sorts !!! I have found in the past I’m lucky if I get a week out of a gel polish with out them chipping , but I’m surprised and so pleased to say I went over just two weeks with not one chips ! Would definitely recommend Cathy I’m thrilled with my nails . �
