am not a " good " patient when it comes to fillings .. the lovely Lady who took out / replaced my filling this morning did a quick & PAIN FREE job .. am now wishing i hadn't spent the previous 24 hours worrying about it !!!!!!!! THANK YOU

Woke up in pain, appointment same day, excellent customer service. Always made to feel welcome, well done all of you.

Went today for a filling, I think it was Lucy that saw me. Really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Had a laugh as well. Great!

Top dentist. Really put at ease when I had to have an extraction done. Big soft lad when it comes to going to the dentist. Thanks again for the treatment given.

Had my first hygienist visit today, which I was very apprehensive about due to a nasty experience at my previous dentist. Jo made me feel at ease right away and I'm so pleased with how they look just after one visit! The aftercare advice Jo gave was fab :-) Thank you Jo!

First check up with Duncan and a follow up Hygienist apt. with Karen. Brilliant staff, made me feel very at ease. I wont move dentist again.

Not bad, except for 1 dentist who is rude, patronising, and has no regard for patients who have a fear of dentists!

today is my 6 time visit my dentis darlington. since my root canal started. still pain my tooth. I even talk to my dentis on manila to know what is going on why my dentis in uk. don't know the problems. today is other visit again to know what is going on after my root canal why still on pain my tooth.

Your service is terrible ! I am in massive amounts of pain and you can't even see me and you have kicked me out of your dental for missing an appointment! When tried to call up but your phones are always busy !

They are rough, not thorough, I feel like a check up is a waste of time and the receptionist is damn right rude!

The oasis dental practice in Whitehaven is awful. One of their dentists broke one of my teeth 6 months ago while taking one out. Three follower up visits for dry socket treatment and two temporary fillings later they have once again canceled my appointment the day before. This is not acceptable, it'll be another 3 months to get a 3rd appointment !

Oasis in Flint - broke a tooth by digging out a filling that didn't need takin out. Numbed my mouth so much I had little feelin in it for 2 days, but where he was drilling I could still feel pain. Put another filling in the molar next to the wisdom tooth at the top. Ended up.goin back to my previous dentist where I was a patient for over 30 years, in excruciating pain, to be told the filling in the molar.was far to big and hadn't been put in correctly and had damaged the wisdom tooth, so it needed extracting because of infection. Needless to say I am staying with my trusted dentist whom u should never have left, and am only too.glad to pay him £10 a month .

Not very happy, missed one appointment last year due to the stresses of moving and planning for uni and they kicked me off their system even though I tried to explain... now they won't let me back although they explained I'm still on their system...

I never get humiliated by any receptionist before whilst living in this country.

I requested that day as my day off so I could attend my appointment.. When i went in to check in with the receptionist, I got told that I can't go in anymore cos I was already late for 10 minutes for my appointment for the routine check-up and they have to cancel it... Fine, I understand that... But, How dare you telling me to keep my appointment in my diary and not relying only with the appointment text message alert that you are supposed to be sending to me!! This young receptionist who got no manners and so disrespectful should not be in the front desk as a receptionist. You should read everyday the Code of Conduct and the 6 C's of Care girl!!



The worst, my 3 daughters and I never get appointment letters anymore for follow-up check up's... Is this how you deal with your patients??

I have more pain now than I did Previously!!
