just joined up find staff very friendly and helpful. it is spotlessly clean and it's nice to go into gym with plenty machines not having to wait xxxc

Really enjoy the cardio tennis on a Friday morning, great coach, great people and a great and fun workout. Gym is also good, especially the new deadlifting platforms

Quality customer services, friendly and approachable staff. Been a member of other gyms in Sunderland but this club is by far the best I’ve been too.

Lovely, friendly staff who are always there to help you. Loads of great equipment and plenty of classes. Swimming pools are fantastic and everywhere is nipping clean.

Lovely club, great vibe and friendly and welcoming staff and management team.

I used my guest pass yesterday and brought a friend along with me. We had a brilliant time. Visited the gym, had a water workout (great session by Alix), swam indoors and out doors(friend felt like she was on holiday) tried the steam room , jacuzzi and sauna. Finished the day off with a spot of late lunch in the Cafe(used my platinum card) making good use of the discount. Great club with a great atmosphere.

I little expensive,and£20.00 for a day pass to bring a friend is to much. But the best facilities in Sunderland. So I suppose you get what you pay for

Wish there were classes on a Saturday afternoon , apart from that very clean , friendly staff and great range of classes also. Spacious gym

Joined in January when it was still virgin, I personally love the new layout changing rooms don’t bother me at all think they are still fab with extra area to use mirrors and hairdryers etc.

Training staff can’t do enough for you especially in the gym at 6am so welcoming and warning for it been so early. I hardly use the gym as I use it mainly for classes. Reception staff arnt the happiest but doesn’t bother me.

Only thing that annoys me is the 3 late cancellation strikes and you get an online suspension for 7 days fair enough if you don’t turn up but late cancellation can’t be helped at least we are freeing up a space in the class for someone else rather than not turning up. Apart from that I love this gym and it’s facilities and it’s very convenient for me.

Also need to mention dean, abbey and Leanne for instructors very motivating and fun to be in there classes without them I’d be lost. ��

Quite shocked to still see same stained curtains still hanging by a few curtains rings in the adults only changing rooms

New lay out in cafe looks good but a few details missed for people wanting to mix work and pleasure! Great computer stations but no plugs to plug in own laptops ! Quiet areas no plugs either so still had to try and work in noisy area.

Dinning tables my friend can no longer get her wheelchair under and only one settee? Other comfortable chairs too low and no good for anyone with balance or mobility issues.

In the locker area no where to hang clothes up anymore. Why didn't they ask members what they wanted??

Good. Newly refurbished coffee/cafe with newly refurbished children's soft play area. Lots of changes but really need new lockers and better quality hairdryers.

Can you please get someone to check all the lockers and repair those with broken locks/ replace those without locks. Fundamental part of the service I would have thought.

I HAVE A VERY UPSET 12 YEAR OLD GIRL TONIGHT....Round of applause to David Lloyd Clubs... Kariss is not allowed to continue or progress with her tennis at this club anymore....All because her tennis coach no longer works there which means her membership has been revoked !!!! and because she’s only 12, she can’t have her own until she’s 14, unless I join and pay the membership fee.. Which as a single parent I simply can’t afford... She’s played tennis at this club from 8 years old and was becoming a promising tennis player....Toby the General Manager went on to say well at least she has come on with her tennis !!!! �� private lesson and tennis squad money wasted all because you’ve changed the terms and conditions... What happened to looking after your members??? Only interested in New membership fees...... Bring back Virgin Racquet Club... at least they were fair.... ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY NOT TALENT... #stayclear #DavidLloydClubs #Rubbishcustomerservice

Fed up of the rules in this place! It’s half term yet kids only allowed to swim in outdoor pool after 3pm. Wouldn’t be a problem yet the main pool is being used for an adult fit class. Frustrating to say the least!

Can't get booked into classes even less than 1 minute after 8pm.
