We would highly recommend David Davies as a dog trainer. He has helped us greatly with our young German Shepherd, giving us all the information, techniques and the confidence required to gain the best from our dog. The methods used are simple, positive and kind, making it fun and pleasurable for all concerned. We use him for private lessons every 3 weeks or so and have recently used his board and train service. The time and effort David put in to our dog during her stay was amazing. He is so passionate and willing to share his knowledge and experience with us and gives us so much more than we pay for. We are so happy we found David, he has been money very well spent. Thank you David

Ive known of David Davies and watched many videos of his work on here for a few years now... finally got my self a Belgian Malinois pup and Had our first training session with David last week, ive been training her daily since, using the methods David shown me and the progress so far in such a short time is amazing. I cant wait for future training sessions!

I wish more than 5 stars were possible! My gsd x husky Solomon absolutely adores Dave, and his knowledge and skill are second to none. I can unreservedly recommend David Davies Dog Training - never stop doing what you do!

I am amazed at the change in my 3yr old border collie/springer cross. She is a nightmare on a walk, super sensitive to everything.

Yesterday, after 3 weeks on “stay and train” we met her 2 greyhound friends but then another 2 arrived and she just sniffed and stood by me then a timid whippet came and she had the same reaction. Several other dogs arrived and joined the group and she behaved perfectly with no jumping about, biting my other dogs lead or desperately trying to get away.

She is generally so much calmer out and copes so much better to the point of making friends with several new dogs.

David has definitely worked his magic and reduced her stress and made our walks more relaxed.

We really enjoyed meeting you and are excited about the training for Zane and us, we used the No, pull method when we took him and Saffy out on walks when we got to the caravan, and were pleased that it worked first time, and no harness in sight, even Saffy has learnt the same thing. We can't wait to try out all the new things and maybe even try him at scent training once we have got to grips with everything. Some of the things you told us about we were already doing, but not in the right way, its amazing how a little change had such great results. Both of them were much more manageable, and were more of a pleasure than a pain for the first time at the caravan, Zane seems to have adapted really well, and in such a short time has picked up so much, I know we have a long way to go yet, but we feel so positive about the training and can't wait to have a pair of good dogs, who listen and enjoy themselves much more with better structure in their lives.

Just a quick update. I am truly amazed at the progress the two boys have made. In just over two weeks of putting into place the advice that you gave, my walking experience with the boys is again a pleasure. Diesel never runs up to other dogs or people and Enzo has only set off to do this a couple of times but has returned immediately he was called in case he misses out on the fun.

Have been visiting Dave for about 3 months and the difference in my year old Labradoodle is incredible. His behaviour in the house and on walks has vastly improved, in particular his recall.
