I started making cakes at the beginning of the 1990's when I joined a class down south in Bournemouth. The lady who held these classes was Mary Ford, she was one of the cake makers who made one of Prince Charles & Princess Diana's Wedding cakes. I was taught how to do royal icing, piping, scrolling ect. Years later I took it up again and did my daughters wedding cake, which led me to make cakes for others.
I like to make people's dream cakes come true and will do my best to fulfil it.
