Love this shop bought many Lanvin items for my boys off this site. Had a slight problem when washed a Lanvin t-shirt the spider motif went a weird colour. Contacted customer services dealt with Sam Petrie Jeffries - Manager who advised to send back. Sam could not do enough for me kept me posted and no sooner it was sent back I was offered refund or exchange. Amazing customer service and even more amazing clothing range for kids xx �

I have shopped in this store a lot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, to the point if they don’t have it I just normally won’t buy it. All the girls are absolutely fabulous nothing is ever too much trouble. They give a personalised service and care about you as a person not just as a number on a screen. They have pulled outfits together for me when I have been clueless as to what to buy for a friends child they gift wrap them ect. The service is second to none in store. Sam is an absolute Gem 💎 she is like a personal shopper. Her fashion knowledge is unreal, she knows current trend, which designers have left and what is going to be on trend for the next season. She always gives you an honest opinion and makes you feel welcome. Claudia is always on hand if you need anything pulling and ready for you to collect she will pull everything before you arrive so it’s just ready to try on, but absolutely all the girls in all honesty are amazing. They truly are a team. You can tell when you go in to store how they really are friends. Shopping in store is a real experience that you will never get online. I would a million percent recommend! Well done girls and thanks for continuing to give world class service. No doubt I will see you all very soon! 😁

I have shopped at Designerchildrenswear since my daughter was born for the past 3 years and have built lovely relationships with each and everyone of the members of staff in the store. I couldn’t recommend this children’s shop enough, staff go above and beyond to help you and i wouldn’t shop any where else. Great customer service... needed a item for my holiday for my little boy, But when trying to get next day delivery it only gave me a option for standard delivery (3-5 days) I give them a ring to see if there was anything there could do... the lady asked for my order number.. and just received a email to say my order will be delivered today! Very happy with the service giving Thank you xx

Very very poor customer service , I support all local business who actually appreciate there customers , this establishment is certainly not a shop I’d give my money to , bad attitude from most of the staff ! Intimidate by staff as they were due to close , I run a business myself and I bend over backwards for each and every person who steps through the door. I’d advise Shop else where or online because you’ll be made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in this place !! Lost out on a two potential customers who would of spent quite a lot of money �

My brother purchased a dress for my daughter from here and upon the first wearing of the outfit, the whole hem came away. I Contacted them through Facebook with pictures of the dress at the end of April. I was advised to contact customer support by email. I did this and sent pictures, stating I would be sending the product back and asked for a refund. I sent this back and had no response. I contacted them to ask why the refund hadn’t been put back on my brothers card and they stated they were waiting to hear from the designer. 3weeks later the product was returned at the end of June. I contacted them again and told them I asked for a refund and I sent the item back. No response again. I then contacted them and they said they repaired the item and no refund would be issued. They still have the item and I’ve had to contact citizens advice to report them to trading standards. It’s now the middle of July and the item purchased would never fit my child. Goods paid for in April and no refund or goods to show for it. Appalling customer service and not once an apology for all the inconvenience this has caused. I would NEVER purchase anything from this site again. Trading standards now dealing with this company. Do not recommend purchasing from this site whatsoever!!!
