Very quick service, nice staff on phone and driver was friendly... only bad point would be that they only have super king tabs and when I ordered blue and red alcopops was told on delivery they only have iron bru... would have changed my order if I was told in advance. Apart from that decent service

Telephone handlers were rude and uncooperative will not be using this service again!!

So we gave a friends adress in Newcastle and they refused to delever it .



And then said would be bea minimum £35 spend before we won out prize

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've asked now on 3 occasions not to deliver to someone who has alcohol issues yet they still deliver. Apparently unless I phone they can't stop deliveries even though I've asked in writing which should be sufficient. Not only that but the said person had phoned and asked for a delivery to be told we've been told not to deliver to you but hey we will anyway! This company has no sense of decency at all. They only care about profit and not the damage these deliveries cause. I will now be looking into legal measures to stop you from making deliveries. Oh and you wanted a phone call so you will be getting one......
