We used it when we purchased an investment property. We first met Dawn, who was very kind. But it was Marie who was in charge of our case. She was very very responsible and super nice. She even postponed her holiday to make sure we exchanged contract on time (our case was very complicated, and the delay was due to the problem on the seller's side). Due to the complexity of the case, Marie spent many hours on it, but the charge was incredibly reasonable. (the charge was fixed, and they honoured it with no hassle.)



We used another larger local conveyancing company when we bought our own house, which had a connection with the developer. To be honest, DP Conveyancing is far better in all the aspects. I have recommended DP Conveyancing to all my friends, and will definitely use it again.
