Would just like to thank the service and reception staff at Drive Hartlepool for all the help they have given me with my car even though it wasn't bought from them. They have gone above and beyond and I recommend them to everyone.

Very good service from the original salesman but crap after that when I cancelled!! Not all drive vauxhall's fault I'm sure evolution and moneyway are all equally to blame as none of them seem to communicate with each other. I don't have the car and don't want it but they have still set up an account and want to take a direct debit from my bank account and this is two weeks after it was supposedly cancelled!! Fuming!!!!!

I've bought a couple of 4-5 year old trade cars from these and they cant describe them properly if their lives depended on them. The last two have been so bad, we left one there resulting in a waste of a 400 mile round trip and the last one was so dirty, when we got it back and washed it, we found it needed nearly £1000 worth of paint.

One of the worst motor trade companies I've ever dealt with. Never again!!!

I only wish I read the reviews before I took my car here !! Unfortunately the clutch broke on my new car and I took it in to be replaced under warranty. Despite telling them what was wrong with the car (hubby been in trade more than 30 years) they ignored us and had my car nearly 2 weeks before repairing it. When I got it back the steering squeaked and it pulled massively to the left. The funny part is they actually thought there was nothing wrong with it... clearly no quality check !!



After 4 further visits they still couldn't fix it and the service manager told me and I quote 'take your keys we're not doing anymore it's as good as it's going to get'. Absolutely appalling treatment especially as this car drive perfectly before they got their hands on it.



Just When I thought it couldn't get worse when I went to pick it up to find the bonnet and driver door damaged !! Thankfully they did put it right but only after the service manager made me wait 3 weeks while she checked the cctv!!! AGain totally lack of customer care.



Thankfully I took it to a proper garage with experienced mechanics who fixed it first attempt. Drive Vauxhall hartle pool are an embarrassment to the motor trade and even worse at customer service. They couldn't fit shit to a bucket !!!



Avoid this garage like the plague and use a reputable one that will charge you a reasonable price and do a far better job !!

Bought a 64 Plate diesel corsa back in January worst car I’ve even owned bought the extended warranty pack with it, a few weeks after purchasing the car the side skirts were coming loose on the rear after 2 attempts still couldn’t sort it, in the mean time other numerous trim started coming loose, whole car used to shake when going over bumps in the road so badly made, I know it was a diesel but it sounded like a diesel from 1993 not a modern day diesel with 23,000 on it. The service team were useless at trying to fix anything even after I got in touch with the manager he basically called me a liar when I complained about the skirts again. In the end I’ve sold the car, fair to say I will not be going back to this garage or owning another Vauxhall again.

Would just like to thank the service and reception staff at Drive Hartlepool for all the help they have given me with my car even though it wasn't bought from them. They have gone above and beyond and I recommend them to everyone.

Very good service from the original salesman but crap after that when I cancelled!! Not all drive vauxhall's fault I'm sure evolution and moneyway are all equally to blame as none of them seem to communicate with each other. I don't have the car and don't want it but they have still set up an account and want to take a direct debit from my bank account and this is two weeks after it was supposedly cancelled!! Fuming!!!!!

I've bought a couple of 4-5 year old trade cars from these and they cant describe them properly if their lives depended on them. The last two have been so bad, we left one there resulting in a waste of a 400 mile round trip and the last one was so dirty, when we got it back and washed it, we found it needed nearly £1000 worth of paint.

One of the worst motor trade companies I've ever dealt with. Never again!!!

I only wish I read the reviews before I took my car here !! Unfortunately the clutch broke on my new car and I took it in to be replaced under warranty. Despite telling them what was wrong with the car (hubby been in trade more than 30 years) they ignored us and had my car nearly 2 weeks before repairing it. When I got it back the steering squeaked and it pulled massively to the left. The funny part is they actually thought there was nothing wrong with it... clearly no quality check !!



After 4 further visits they still couldn't fix it and the service manager told me and I quote 'take your keys we're not doing anymore it's as good as it's going to get'. Absolutely appalling treatment especially as this car drive perfectly before they got their hands on it.



Just When I thought it couldn't get worse when I went to pick it up to find the bonnet and driver door damaged !! Thankfully they did put it right but only after the service manager made me wait 3 weeks while she checked the cctv!!! AGain totally lack of customer care.



Thankfully I took it to a proper garage with experienced mechanics who fixed it first attempt. Drive Vauxhall hartle pool are an embarrassment to the motor trade and even worse at customer service. They couldn't fit shit to a bucket !!!



Avoid this garage like the plague and use a reputable one that will charge you a reasonable price and do a far better job !!

Bought a 64 Plate diesel corsa back in January worst car I’ve even owned bought the extended warranty pack with it, a few weeks after purchasing the car the side skirts were coming loose on the rear after 2 attempts still couldn’t sort it, in the mean time other numerous trim started coming loose, whole car used to shake when going over bumps in the road so badly made, I know it was a diesel but it sounded like a diesel from 1993 not a modern day diesel with 23,000 on it. The service team were useless at trying to fix anything even after I got in touch with the manager he basically called me a liar when I complained about the skirts again. In the end I’ve sold the car, fair to say I will not be going back to this garage or owning another Vauxhall again.
