2nd hand Zoe doing great (a couple of issues covered under warranty, I find this perfectly understandable when early adopting relatively new technology and it's always sorted), just got her back again better than she was.. these are the people to go to for to buy and maintain this affordable EV. As other reviewers have noted Adam is very helpful on the sales, general questions and has been good with helping clarify some little details afterwards. Highly knowledgable technicians, who are happy to come out for a quick chat when repairs/updates are done if you're curious and good at communicating on your level (I'm far from an expert but an avid member of the Zoe owner's club and have gained a rough idea of some of the common issues). As an IT techie I'm appreciative of this as I know what it's like on the other side when someone thinks they have "a rough idea" of some little fraction of your job :)

And last but not least always very well looked after by the staff at the service desk.
