No classes this Sunday as running an aerial intensive all weekend at Dance City Sunderland. Back to normal next week!

Hi everyone, Il have to cancel tonight’s classes as I’m a bit ill from yesterday and have lost my voice. I was performing at a festival and only managed my first act as it tipped down with rain! But I still had to be there just in case! So I’ve got soaking wet, and the bit of a cough I’ve had for about 2 months now has got worse. Really sorry for the last minute notice and will be back next week. Emma x

We are excited to announce our new aerial theatre company, Uncaged. Our mission is to inspire and empower. Our first workshop, as part of International Women’s Day, is funded by SunGen at the University of Sunderland @sunderlanduni and is a blend of movement, aerial and writing, suitable for beginners of any gender.
