Embrace Therapies is a mobile therapy business owned by me; Sylvie. I have been providing holistic treatments and relaxation to individual's and groups for over 8 years.

I have a foundation degree (FdA) in complementary therapies and I am a member of the federation of holistic therapists (FHT) and regulatory body

My experience has been gained from working in mobile therapies, in a community health project, substance use recovery services, a hotel spa in uk and Ireland, and at the local great north run. I also have skills in running relaxation groups /courses.

All of my treatments can be adapted to meet your individual needs.
