Looking for some gymspiration? Try this quick 30 minute weight session to get you strong, toned and sweaty. For each round alternate between exercises A and B; aim for 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. Repeat x 3. Finish the round with 1 minute of exercise C, rest for 1 minute before moving on to the next round. Definitely all 'trick' and no 'treat' with this mornings workout. I was SWEATING! рЯТ¶ Why not give this a go next time you hit the gym. Tag us in your gym selfies and let us know how it goes. I did the following reps/weights:
1. 15 reps each leg - 15kg 15 reps each arm - 12.5kg
... 2. 10 reps each leg - 10kg 10 reps - bodyweight
3. 12 reps - 30kg (Keep knees together) 15 reps - high tension band
4. 8/10/15 reps each arm - 22.5kg/18kg/13kg 10 reps - 40.5 kg
5. 10 reps - 13kg 10 reps - bodyweight (modified to knees when needed)
6. Starting at 90kg reducing 5kg each time maximum reps were reached - total of 5 sets.
Feeling the burn from this one already after taking quite a few weeks off from training. I was failing to make my workouts a priority over working and socialising but its time to get back on track and make a change. I'm back to being accountable for my training, not eating chocolate with every meal and kicking my butt into gear in time for party season but still living me lift... All about the balance!

*FRIDAY NIGHT COMFORT FOOD* (Under 475 cals рЯШ≤!)
Creamy sausage pasta with cheesy garlic bread рЯШЛ what could be better on a cold autumn night after a long hard week?
Fancy giving this a try? Recipe below рЯСЗ
... Pasta: *@heckfooduk 2 chicken sausages (chopped) *50g uncooked wholewheat penne pasta *Chestnut mushrooms *Red Onion *@lovemyphilly 50g Lightest philadelphia cream cheese *@frylighthq Garlic Infused fry light
1. Boil pasta and drain (keeping some of the water) 2. Oven cook sausages, then cut into pieces once cooked 3. Fry onions and mushrooms in garlic fry light 4. Add onions, mushrooms and sausages to pasta with one 2-3 spoonfulls of the remaining water drained from pasta 5. Stir in Philadelphia lightest 6. Serve immediately and top with black pepper
Garlic bread: *@lodough.co 1 piece of Lo Dough bread *@verylazyfooduk 5g each, lazy garlic and chilli *50g @eatlean Eat lean protein cheese grated
1. Mix together lazy garlic and chilli and spead over the lo dough 2. Top with grated eat lean cheese (spread all the way to the edge!) 3. Oven cook for 7 minutes
Its always nice to find a way to make lighter versions of your favorite meals. Balance is key; I treat myself to a @costacoffee bonfire hot chocolate (yum!) today (I also didn't manage to get my workout done), so reduced the calories in tonights dinner to keep within my calorie goals. This was delicious, filling and totally guilt free!
