I took my baby in here to feed her while I had a coffee. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Much nicer staff than any other coffee shop I've been in locally.

Well we couldn't get the table cleaned. It was busy but they need to remedy this. The coffee was good though.

User

Service was quick for drinks but had finished drinks b4 bacon sandwich came which was a shame

User

Mug of tea was excellent as was my toasty. Very helpful, friendly staff.

User

The green tea was nice but at £2.80 a pot. Other than the green tea I've only had espresso coffee

User

It was ok I had jacket potato really enjoyed it but the lettuce wasn't very fresh coffee was lovely my other half he had a breakfast asked for pouched egg well done but it came really runny and wasn't fully cooked as it was sloppy toast hardly cooked but we really enjoyed the coffee and enjoyed my meal apart from lettuce was abit old

User

Had a gorgeous latte and baked potato filled with crab/prawns! Honestly it was lovely. Downside, large potatoes on display but served a very small one. Staff need to be pleasant to customers as we pay your wages ....... i only asked for sugar 😐

User

First visit, poppped in for a pit stop when out shopping. Won't be visiting again to be honest. Staff are quite miserable, the lady who served us never smiled once and this cafe is definitely not dementia friendly or aware - my mam has dementia (wears the blue dementia badge) and she is encouraged to be socially active even though she sometimes struggles with word recall. She approached 1 of the staff to ask if they had a toilet she could use. Staff member was impatient when mam was trying to get her words out, very abrupt and icy in her response. On the plus side we had the lunchtime special - a tuna mayo sandwich and a small tea £4.50, a bottle of water and a muffin. The sandwiches were lovely, well presented with a few crisps and salad and a good sized tea. Not a positive visit though so won't return.

User

Will be going to Starbucks from now on, extremely rude staff having a good gossip behind the counter and got told off for not having my 'number' the right way up for my soup that was then thrown onto the table, I was sat amidst a sea of uncleared empty tables so I wasn't hard to spot. Terrible.

User

The way the management harrass the women staff is disgusting. I've never felt so uncomfortable having coffee in an establishment in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

User

Rubbish coffee, unpleasant management and food that not even Hannibal Lecter could keep down.

User

Really not impressed with this cafe today. Asked for poached egg on toast with beans, they wanted £1.50 for a portion of beans! Then when it arrived the poached eggs weren't cooked, really sloppy and still raw. Asked for my money bk and had a right attitude. Certainly won't be returning.

User

Poor management - unable to resolve issues in a sensible manner. Will not be returning.

User

I will not be visiting again. Very poor.

User

Disgusting treatment of staff. Get your coffee elsewhere.

User

Been a few times and enjoyed but staff were unpleasant and never spoke and I felt the prices were rather high would have been better going to M&S.

£10.20 for a regular latte a regular cappuccino and a couple of tray bakes.

Tables were not cleared and were sticky and dirty.

Can't say I will be rushing back anytime soon.

User

Absolutely terrible treatment of staff. Won't be coming back again.
