Evolution Football Coaching Description
Evolution Football Coaching would like to introduce you to our Philosophy.
Here at Evolution we aim to deliver the best individual coaching there is to offer.
You will receive our constant attention to detail, professional coaching from Professional Academy Coaches on a one to one basis and we will identify your weaknesses, and turn them into strengths.
We aim to identify, develop and improve individual technical skills. We will be specific and focus on your individual techniques and develop you as a player.
All of our coaches are currently working with a Professional Academy or have done previously.
Some of our coaches are also previous Academy players and understand what it takes to succeed at the very top level.
We will work with you whether you are just starting out from 6 years old or up to Academy players wanting further expert coaching.
Within our staff we have a number of personal fitness /conditioning trainers who will work with you as an individual to develop the physical attributes you require to become a professional football player. All trainers are experts in their field and are extremely educated holding a Degree or Masters in personal training.
WHAT WE OFFER:
1) INDIVIDUAL /PERSONAL COACHING:
- You will receive professional coaching on a one to one basis. If possible we will come to you or alternatively you can come to us.
2) SMALL GROUP COACHING
- We can provide professional private coaching to small groups, preferably 1 coach to 4 players however this can be discussed on enquiry.
3) TECHNICAL TEAM COACHING:
-We will visit your club on an occasion you train and we will provide you with professional technical coaching. We will provide a number of coaches depending on the number of players in order to develop individual players.
4) PLAYER EVALUATION:
-With your coaches permission we will attend one of your training session or games and provide you with feedback on your performance and together we will identify the areas in which you could improve. We will then develop a plan to improve in those areas.

One of my sons has been coming to Evolution for a good year now & has progressed well into the Elite Accademy. Now all 4 of my sons goes to at least one session run by the fab coaches & enjoy every one
My son, James has been attending the elite evolution sessions for over a year now and his ability and confidence has much increased. The coaches are approachable, to not only the parents but also the children.
He also now attends Kingsmeadow where he is part of the football academy - a great opportunity for him which will open so many doors in his future, I am sure. Again the coaches are positive with the kids and have certainly inspired James to become a better player.

My son recently attended the free sessions during the May half term break.
The coaching was fantastic and engaging and contained a good balance of technical and fun sessions. Awards were available each day as well.
Just a shame they are based so far away from Northumberland where we live but I thoroughly recommend this company
My son has been attending Friday night training sessions since June. After only a few sessions a huge improvement in his technique & confidence was noticed by ourselves & his team coaches. Sessions are well structured & coaches very professional. Leo is improving every week & really enjoys the training.
My son harvey attended kingsmeadow tonight for the first time after hearing loads of good things from his big brother josh! He loved it and came out so confident in himself thank you
My son goes to the evolution goal keeper training in Sunderland with Dean. I've got to say what a difference it's made with him. Brilliant is the only word I can use
My son Tyler attended 2 sessions this week in Gateshead and has come home full of life , loving every minute. He is a shy lad and doesnt have much confidence around strangers. His comments 'mam it was amazing, the coach was sick. I didnt feel frieghtened and I cant wait to go back next week.

My Son absolutely loves his sessions on a Monday at Trimdon Village with Mark and the two young lads that help Ryan & Liam! They are all great with the kids. I would deffo recommend these sessions if your little ones like football
Lewis Walker has been attending Evolution Soccer on a Friday night for quite some time now. He has gone from being unable to kick a ball in a straight line to being selected to attend the Elite academy on a Monday evening. The coaches are quality every single one of them. Lewis loves the place. I would highly recommend Evolution Soccer to any parents wanting to give their son or daughter a great opportunity to train with highly qualified coaches who are also ex professional Footballers. Thanks to all at Evolution.

Fantastic coaching, my son has learned a lot more in a couple of months with peter, than he has in the 3 years he's been playing. His confidence is returning, thank u peter and gary. 1st class
Excellent sessions. My son goes to strikers session and loves it. What he does in the session on Friday nights he takes into his game on the Saturday morning and seems to be enjoying his game more because of what he's learned
Evolution Football coaching has brought my son on massively, not only has he developed his skills but his self confidence has increased Ten fold. He absolutely loves attending and attends a two hour session at kingsmeadow on a Friday and after working his socks off with Ross, Gary and Craig he earned himself a place in their elite academy. He is now looking forward to attending the academy at kingsmeadow when he reaches year 7 my greatest Thanks to Evolution for all their hard work. I highly recommend them to anyone, attendance here is a fantastic Opportunity!! � � �
Dominic thoroughly enjoys the sessions at Meadowfield & has also been to the Gateshead session which was great too. He thoroughly enjoyed his 1-1 with Colin yesterday! I can't speak highly enough about Colin! Thank you! Dominic loved it, it was still on his mind at bedtime last night as the last thing he said to me was "mam, I loved my 1-1 with Colin today!! When's the next one?!!"
Dom has only been training with the Elite Team for a few months and has been lucky enough to be selected for an Evolution Scholarship next year. The desire and commitment Dom has at training is testament to the fantastic coaches and long may it continue!!.
Can't fault it, great set up and great coaches who seem to genuinely enjoy what they are doing. Brilliant with the kids, I would highly recommend it.
Both of our kids go to the Friday night sessions and holiday camps with Evolution. Best decision we have made when it comes to their football. Coaching is top class and this has been evident in the games they play for their grassroots teams on a Sat morning. The progression they have both made has been staggering over the last few months. 100% happy, adults and kids! Big thanks to all the team at Evolution.
Been taking my son to the Dunston session on a Friday night for a little while now. He is being trained by Emily in the defensive masterclass. She is doing a sterling job with him. He has improved massively since he began sessions with her. He is far more confident in games and the things he learns here are really showing in his game.
3 of my players attend weekly sessions and I can see a massive improvement in their technical side to the game as well as making better decisions with the ball.
