Chatty cafe is our tie in with costa coffee to encourage parwnts and adults with ASC and learning difficulties pre and post diagnosis yo come and chat in a friendly environment, make friends with like minded people without being judged. Come and join us mon a Monday 10am - 1230 at kingston park costa.
Our group is for families, fun and support each month, no matter. the age, or area we welcome anyone pre or post diagnosis to be exactly who they are.

Experts by experience. F.A.N.S is now a req charity is in partnership with SENDIASS and can support in the home and school with challenging behaviour support, ECHP, exclusions, SEN support.

We want all old school uniforms its that simple. We will clean it and make it available to whoever needs it for what they can afford, with the first pack each summer free. A swap system. DONATE, ASK YOUR LOCAL SCHOOL TO SUPPORT US

Our allotment project - 2 allotments were attack and burned out we have been given them to restore how we wish, so we decided we are attempting to create a community sensory garden for children and adults. We will be looking for donations for the garden. Anything you dont want we may be able to use it. We will be looking for help/volunteers with the design and creation of your community garden. We would love our kids to get involved, this could be amazing, we want to turn thi...s burnt shell into a community sensory garden where kids and adults alike can learn and play. Maybe adopt a chicken, have your name burnt into the shed, learn woodwork and carving. Discover bushcraft. Learning gardening from the earth and watching your products grow then learning to pick it and cook it. THIS IS THE PHOENIX PROJECT AND YOUR INVITED TO JOIN, DONATE AND CORPERATLY SPONSER.

Well blow me down with a tickle stick

Calling all parents, we have decided to take on a huge task this year to try and make it easier for parents to access all parts of the school uniform. No matter the school, mainstream or specialist, independent or private, we want your old uniforms to go to new homes and benefit people who can struggle over the course of the year........working together let get all our kids smarter and feeling proud xxxx

Families 1st is now a registered charity. We are putting together a team for the great North run, in the children's race and adults race. We have a GNR Co ordinator to oversee this mammoth task.. Huge shout out to SarahOmalley. So if you are wanting to run and you are lucky enough to be drawn a place, We would love you to to run for us and Brand spanking shinny new charity who help families with additional needs in the North east. We will reimburse your running fee as long as you can raise over ┬Ż150 in Sponsors. You with get a Families1st shirt to run in as well as a families 1st goodie bag will include a medal!! ­¤Åģ­¤śĆ
