Not long now until this years Cairo trips start ...... Cairo Nightlife first then Discovering Cairo - each trip is different with a maximum of 11 participants to ensure you get the most from it. Octobers trips are almost full too. Did you know Cairo has been listed as one of the top 10 cities to visit this year?? Even if you can't join a Farida Adventure, you should go!! Why not stay at Yasminas B&B - a great base to explore from - with a great view of the pyramids. Check out all our trips on: www.faridaadventures.com

Kay is running 2 trips to Cairo next February - one either side of 'Raqs of Course' .... Cairo Nightlife is for folks who want to go see lots of dancers at a whole range of venues - lots of late nights. Cairo Carousel if a great mixture of seeing dancers and sightseeing. Both are nearly full - only 2 places left on each. Kay takes a maximum of 12 people on her Farida Adventures to ensure you all have a wonderful time. Check the website out and click on the trip you are interested in: http://faridaadventures.com

I can highly recommend this course ...... if you are coming on our 'Cairo Nightlife' http://faridaadventures.com/…/trip-2-9t h-15th-feb-2019-cair… before Randas course, you might consider staying. Thank you Kay for the most amazing week in Cairo. Before going I was a little scared, but I must say Kay just makes you feel so safe and calm. I was converted as soon as I got to Cairo. Cairo is the most wonderful experience I have ever had. Kay made sure that we did everything we wanted to do. From dance shows, to workshops, to sight seeing, costumiers... this trip has everything a dancer would ever want (and more!). We always had the best table at all dance shows, Kay got us the teachers we wanted for workshops, I got to see every dancer I wanted to see perform, got two lovely designer outfits made to measure....As the week was coming to an end I was already planning my next trip with Farida Adventures. I feel this is a must do for every dancer out there. Thank you so much Kay, best week of my life - can't wait to do it all over again!

Just got back from a week in Cairo with Kay - what a fab trip!! Kay helped us find our feet, organise dance classes, go to shows, get incredible costumes (even custom made!), eat great food, visit the Pyramids... everything! Cairo can be a bit daunting at first, but Kay made it seem easy :) And we never felt unsafe - never seen so much security: at the airport, hotels, cruise boats, everywhere. Don't let the media put you off :) I had such an amazing time with this bunch of amazing gals! Learnt so much, experienced so much. Totally recommended, especially for any dancer who wants to get to know Egypt and to really understand what the dance means today. I will be back!

Just arrived home from my best ever trip to Cairo, this time incorporating a few days in Alexandria which I would definitely recommend. Kay organises the activities with expert knowledge of the people and area and will ask at the start if there is anything special you want her to sort during your stay. She quietly deals with everything, making it look so easy yet she is working overtime in the background, leaving you to just enjoy. I loved every minute and can't wait to return.

User

I would recomend going to Cairo with Farida. It is a must do at least once if you like arabic music and dance. Kay will make sure you have a safe and exciting experience. I had a fantastic time there!

User

I have just returned from my Farida Adventure to Cairo and cannot recommend it highly enough. Kay will do everything in her (considerable!) power to make sure you have the holiday of your dreams - whether it's horse riding at the pyramids, a custom made cossie from a top designer, the best tables on the Nile boats for the dance shows or simply a hair raising blast through the Cairo traffic in a taxi - nothing is as you expect and everything is better than you expect! "Tell your friends in England Egypt is safe, Egypt welcomes you", said taxi drivers, shop keepers and just about everyone we spoke to - so I am passing on the message. Egypt is beautiful, friendly and safe. Go. You will not regret it.

I have been on a Farida Adventure to Cairo almost every year since 2006 and each one has been different and exciting. I love these trips to Cairo- you see the dancers from the best tables, see the sites you want to with a wonderful Egyptian guide Nibal and get to go to fabulous costumiers. Nothing is too much trouble all the team work together to make sure everyone gets to do what they want and safely. The hotel is great. I had my 50th birthday party in Cairo and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone got to do what they wanted to do. I love the cabaret clubs and always I get to go to great ones. Whatever dancer you want to go see the team make sure you can see them if at all possible. Lessons can be arranged with your fave dancer if you want to study. And if it is your first time in Cairo there is no one better to help you have a lovely time. Can't recommend Farida Adventures enough and soooo looking forward to my next one very soon.

I had my first Farida Adventure to Cairo last spring. Kay knows Cairo very well and she created the perfect holiday; the shopping, food, and entertainment were all top notch, and the hotel and neighborhood were safe and friendly. She will work with you to make sure you get the experience you want, including private dance lessons or couture costumes from the top designers! Can't wait to do it all again!

User

I am so looking forward to the trips next year. Of course I think they are all excellent as I run them all. If you have been on one of these trips, please take the time to add a review.

User

Had my first Cairo trip with Farida Adventures and had a fantastic time! Kay is great at organising everything and we had loads to do and see! Amazing!

User

Had an absolute ball. Kay made everything possible. 5 stars!!!

User

Fabulous holiday as usual with Farida Adventures! Just back from a wonderful week in Cairo with Kay. Everything was thought of, everything went brilliantly. Great activities, comfy accommodation, wonderful to see new dancers and to meet up with old friends. Roll on the next one!

User

Cairo 2015 - A brilliant time! I feel like 'an old hand' on Kay's trips but there's always something new every trip. When your family worries aboutt you going away to an unsafe country it is nice to be able to say Kay and her team know what they are doing and we have people on the ground with up do date information. But it's all unnecessary because it's safe - safe and friendly. Last year Cairo seemed a little sad and empty but this year, it was busier and more alive. I saw less barbed wire and road blocks and Tahrir square was back to normal. There were tourists in the Khan el khalili other than our group! I wish I could tell you why I like Cairo so much, but it is impossible you have to come and find your own highlights: riding a horse at the pyramids? Buying your first Cairo costume? engaging with an Egyptian family who are cheering a young daughter on the dance floor? Feelling the weight of the pyramid over your head? Basking in serenity on a felucca on the NIle? It could be any or all of these.

Absolutely fantastic week in Cairo, I'll be back
