Wanted to say thanks to Liam who helped me out today, even though I wasn't shopping at this store. I was meeting a friend in Love Lunch next door (great, by the way), and had pulled the car up outside, not knowing it was permit only parking. I had just taken my sleeping 1yr old out of the car, and was holding her in my arms, when he came out of the store to deal with a delivery. I asked if I could park there. He told me about the permits, but said I could leave it at my own risk (might get clamped). I thought I'd try my luck, as could see it from the window next door. A couple of minutes later he came in, with a permit that one of the staff had been using, but had now moved his car. He could see I had my hand full...excuse the pun...so offered to put it in the window for me on his way back to the shop.



What a great guy! With that attitude, I bet the customer service in there is superb.

The gloves I ordered were originally out of stock and not due in for several weeks. The customer service team (Justin) responded immediately to offer his apologies and an immediate refund. I decided to wait and without any chasing up they arrived at the promised time with an apology gift! Super happy with my gloves, the service and the price.

The best thing about Fightstoremma is that the people that work there actually know their products, they have either used them or know in detail about them. The staff have actually had experience in training and fighting so it's not just people stuck behind a desk. You can ring up and talk about alternatives which are best suited for yourself which is what happened with me, choosing the best boxing gloves rather then what looks good on or is said to be the best. They work excellent

Spoke to Alex directly on the phone after ordering some Fairtex gloves which I hadn't noticed were a pre-order item so my bad. Alex then gave me some spot on advice on a pair of sparring gloves(Ringside) & specific bag/pad gloves(Rival bg11's) which were ordered about lunchtime & turned up by 12:30pm the next day. He knocked a few quid off too. Both pairs of gloves are awesome & well worth the money. Happy with the product & very happy with the service.

Purchased the fairtex BGV9 gloves from Gary and I can't fault the service. Friendly staff and good comunication! Just had my first sparring session in the gloves and they are amazing, nice compact fist and padding very good and balanced yet still allowing a nice powerful punch! Cheers guys.

Placed an order for some Fairtex goods which took longer than normal to be delivered due to delays in Thailand (not fightstores problem). Spoke to Alex who is a great chap and very knowledgeable and helpful about products. Very pleased with the service provided. Great products, prices and service.

I ordered some shorts for my son and they were to small .when I called up and messaged ,Alex could not be more helpful in finding a pair that would fit ,my son being 9 was being a pain in choosing some that would fit but finally did ,Michael was awesome after the ones he finally chose were out of stock ,he ordered me some others ,but before despatch the ones he wanted came in and so he called me ,dispatched them and now I have a very happy son in an excellent pair of twins shorts .thanks guys not very often you get such a personal service with such friendly people

As someone returning to Martial Arts after a considerable number of years off and now training at Reigate Martial Arts and also at the Griphouse in Glasgow, I am really grateful for the helpful advice offered in guiding me to select the most appropriate products for my needs and build. A great service from people with a wealth of MMA knowledge that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Two months ago I ordered two pairs of Boon Muay Gloves (£171.93). The order never arrived so I tried to contact them by email but without success. Next, I called them 3 times (international call since I'm calling from Portugal) just to find out they don't know what happened. Yet, the money was discounted from my credit card. I have been told that I would get a refund, this was more than 3 weeks ago. No gloves and no refund!!!! Won't spend more money on international calls and that this be a warning for future buyers.



Now, I'm going to contact the legal authorities. I'll GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I have e-mailed on multiple occasions but received no reply which is terrible when you're paying nearly £80 for a pair of gloves and not getting the ones you actually want. Now I'm stuck with them because it's not worth the risk of sending them back and having further issues of not getting a refund or even a reply as other people have experienced. Definitely not recommended, shop elsewhere.
