“When we were walking to school today I was telling Izzy how impressed I was with her division. I have seen a big improvement and I’ve hardly had to help her with maths this week. She told me that they have been doing division at school and she said she understood it better and that she had been helping her friends with their sums in class! We then did a little division quiz to see what she knew and she worked most of it out in her head quite quickly. I am seeing such a huge difference in her work and her confidence with school work. We have been sending our children to First Class Learning Darlington for Maths tuition for almost 5 years now. It is an excellent learning platform and has been proven by the excellent SAT raw score achieved in the 2016 examinations. Maths is so important to a child's education and I would urge all parents to consider First Class Learning as it has made a massive difference to my children.
Our two daughters are with FCL nearly for 4 years. It's absolutely a well organised institution which provides fantastic support for children on their success!
Our daughter starting Maths at the Darlington class. We thought she needed the extra help to pass her SATS. She not only passed her SATS but received an award for "the most improved student in her class". Thanks again Emma and Team for helping Beth and help build her confidence. We will be back if we feel she needs the extra help in the future.
My son went to FCL which improved his reading and writing skills.
My son has done so well at FCL in south sheilds he was always good at school but this has improved it a lot, his reading and writing and understanding things is much better k would like to thank Emma and her team for their hardwork and encouraging shayan to do his best xx
My little brother goes to the south shields class and they have brought him on lovely in he maths.
My experience so far has been excellent! Initial assessment, specific modular work set to embed knowledge and gaps in learning then a post assessment to measure success. SATS Support currently; Which gives me added assurance that my child has the knowledge and subject confidence when preparing to sit SATS. Couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend!
My daughter who is 6 has only been coming for about a month and already I am seeing an improvement in her confidence and understanding with English and maths. The staff are so friendly and caring with her and I can’t recommend enough. I find the homework sheets easy enough to follow at home with her and the stress levels in our house have decreased significantly when it comes to homework. Happy Izzy and happy parents! Thank you x
My daughter Shimaa started last year When I felt that she needed support in maths,English and science since starting shima has received the English award of the most improved student in her year,she also got an A in her maths mock exam,and was moved up two sets in science I'm so proud of her and so great full for all the staff at first class education South Shields.
My Daughter Grace started first class at the beginning of 2016 after I was told by the school that she was really struggling in numeracy and literacy. The school told me unless I intervened she wouldn't achieve the required standard at key stage 2 and the forthcoming sats in May. Last Friday I received her report and sats results and she did achieve everything across the board and the school acknowledged the extra work she put in on her report. She has also received an award from the school. This was due to the support and coaching the First Class team gave her and I will be using them again to maintain her confidence and knowledge throughout her secondary education. Thank You!
