Gaz popped in today to pick up a customer order of his Bishop Auckland market scene print which has been fully framed. It looks absolutely fantastic and we will have some of these for sale soon. Gaz’s work depicts the local area and how it used to be - a must have piece 🙂

We have just picked up our casts today and they are fab. Elli was so patient with our newborn during the casting process and made sure baby was relaxed and comfortable throughout. We'll be going back once he's one to get it done again. Also got one of his newborn photos framed to match in with the cast frame.

We have finally hung our beautiful boys "love" artwork and it's amazing. Thank you for being so patient with the new babies, who'd travelled from Scotland! Lovely atmosphere, friendly and professional. Thank you for helping us keep that moment in time forever and huge thanks to Michael for this gift �

We collected our framed casts this morning and could not be happier! They are fantastic, the detail is amazing and the frame itself is lovely. Can not recommend enough! Elli was brilliant from the start, so good with my then 6 month old son, signing to him and rocking him to keep him calm. She entertained him whilst Nigel took his lovely photo � thank you to you both for your patience and amazing work!

We collected our casts at the weekend and are over the moon with them!The detail is them is incredible and they look fab framed. Elli is so good with little ones which makes it a nice relaxed experience. We can't wait to get it hung up on the wall. Thank you again

So pleased with our casts. Elli was great with us and little Paige and made having the casts done an easy experience for us all - she took plenty of time to allow Paige to be settled and happy with getting the casts done. Picked up the finished casts of my daughters hands today, what can I say... I'm completely in love with it, thank you so much Ellie and Nige! From start to finish the whole experience was perfect, warm welcoming and ever so friendly. You were so patient with Josie and Connie, in both the cast and photo sessions.

We will definitely be back again in the future! X

Picked up our framed casts this morning of our little girl from winning one of the fabulous competitions!

The photos i saw before collection really did not do the real thing justice! They are absolutely amazing & we'll treasure them forever!

Service was fantastic from start to finish & we were kept informed throughout the whole process!

If you have a little one- go get these done, you won't be disappointed!

Picked up my gorgeous piece today and I'm absolutely thrilled. Although my lb loved playing in the moulding stuff itself elli was so patient with him and she tried a few times to get it right. Can't fault it in anyway. I just love it. Definitely worth the money 100% recommended

Picked our casts up today we are over the moon with them ,excellent service and Eleanor was lovely with the kids and provided an excellent service ,would highly recommend to people

My very generous younger brother bought my sister and I one each of these amazing casts and frames. The detail is amazing and a gift that will last a lifetime because their tiny feet and hands won't be that size for long!. Being able to choose the exact colours and frame was a lovely touch too. We absolutely love this and can't stop looking at it!

I’m just starting as an Artist; I had created some paintings on canvas and was looking for some prints. Nigel was very helpful in his advice; he is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and a real gent. I didn’t get the chance to meet Elli but from the results of my prints it more than obvious that they both take such pride in their work and produce print to a very high standard. I can’t put into words how thrilled I am with both their work and professionalism. I would advice any budding artist to call in and see them. Thank you again xxx

I got my 2 boys hand casts and photo done for my partners Christmas present, I can't thank both Eli and Nigel enough for their patience and the quality of work is outstanding!! I am over the moon with the end result! They have both created something so special that I am never going to be able to replace!! ��

Had my grandchildren pictures taken as a Christmas box for my daughter. Nigel and Elli were fantastic. The pictures were gorgeous. This is the second time we have been here and will definitely be back again. Thank you again for fantastic pictures xx

From Sue Hedley - Thank you Nigel. I trusted you with my late dad's photographs, who was a brilliant amateur photographer who developed and printed his own work. I asked you to produce three giant black and white prints. You took your time and put so much care and attention into producing perfect framed prints, when I came to collect them I cried, they were so beautiful. They now hang pride of place in my new house and I feel a piece of my dad is with me. First Impressions are a professional company who provide a service with a personal touch and I highly recommend them.

Can not recommed this lovely lady enough, havent even seen the finished product yet, and both me and my husband are over the moon, she was amazing with our little boy and took so much time helping us decide what we wanted, lovy atmosphere, didnt feel rushed like with some places, will be back for more keepsakes as he gets older.
