My top says it all! Been a tough week of CrossFit training, two days off now to prepare for The hero WOD on Monday - it’s Murph - which is a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and as if that’s not enough another 1 mile run 😩

A full day of Nordic Walking today. First thing I was in Oakhanger running a private beginners workshop, teaching this lovely group of ladies how to handle the poles.
