Last night Rachel played on the PlayStation. This is the first time William has experienced a running man on a screen. Safe to say he was VERY entertained! 🐱🖥🔫

This is Alan (my parents' dog) and Fred out on their walk today. Any guesses as to why Alan got the nickname 'Mad-eye Moody' when he was first brought home..? 😂👀 It's a lovely day for walks today! We love it when it's windy because when we run fast it's like we are flying! That's what Freddie thinks, anyway ♥️🐶🐶

William really loves Dexter. He rubs on him he snuggles with him. He has even started suckling from him... Dexter has absolutely no idea what is going on 😂♥️

Hi guys, we have quite a lot of people offering things which is amazing but we still need plastic containers, storage boxes and bins. Things like that, as well as plastic sheeting to waterproof the shelters. Thank you! 😊♥️🐱

We had our first walk with these gorgeous little ones yesterday. Alfie (tan) is 11 years old and Mollie (black) is 10 years old so it was a nice chilled out stroll in the late afternoon autumn sun. They were very good and showed me the whole way round! 😊🐶🐶

At the beginning of the week we received a sample pack of treats from or friends at Sea Treats. Their treats are all sea life based, natural and hypoallergenic. They smell amazing! Well, that's what Dexter said anyway 🐟 We will be sharing these out with our doggy friends. They're dry, natural treats that will help your dogs natural digestion, skin and fur. This is so important. I know people who have bought puppies at 4/5 weeks old. This is AT LEAST 8 weeks old. 10 weeks old is the ideal age to bring your new puppy home! All of these problems are so common in puppies who have been seperated from their mother too early. 🐶🐾

Hello everyone! This is an appeal from myself and one of my good friends, for a project we are wanting to complete to help stray/outdoor/feral cats over the winter period. Unfortunately, a lot of cats out there are simply stray or tend to spend most of their time outside for whatever reason, meaning they get caught in the cold, rain, wind and snow and unfortunately some do not make it through, especially during winters like last year! Myself and my friend are goi...ng to build as many waterproof shelters as we can that we can place around our local areas to help protect the cats and kittens and hopefully give them a safe place to go, instead of battling the winter elements. We are looking for as many different materials as possible that people will be willing to donate to us. We might not get many done, but a few is better than none, right?! The main materials we are looking for at the moment will be included in this post, then additional materials we will need will be included in a different post at a later date. We are looking for local donations in the Sunderland and Durham areas. I can pick up anything people would potentially like to give to us to help us out or drop offs are always welcome! These are the materials/items we are searching for, for the time being :
- old tyres - old cat litter trays - covered cat litter trays/boxes - old cat carriers/boxes - small bins - storage boxes - Ground sheets/durable plastic sheets - scrap wood - large plant pots - unwanted small/medium plastic beds - string/rope
Anything that we do not use but can be useful to someone/something else will be passed on and donated elsewhere.
We are really hoping the power of Facebook can help us out with this. We are crazy animal lovers who want to try and save some lives and I'm hoping our fellow animal lovers will be willing to help us out too. I am currently looking after two gorgeous cats, Whiskers and Quicksilver, while their owners are on holiday for a couple of weeks. Last night I noticed just how perfect Whiskers' white toes are on both of her front feet! Such a cutie 😍🐱

William has settled in very well in the Stafford-Patterson household! As you can see, he is more than relaxed around both Dexter dog and Phil! It was a slightly rocky start but we got there! ♥️🐶🐱

So today I met this gorgeous little lady, Mollie and her brother Alfie (who I unfortunately didn't get a photo of as he was cuddling up with his human mam!) They are two lovely little golden oldies at 10 and 11 years old! I'm looking forward to hanging out with you both, Mollie and Alfie.

You can see why she is called Whiskers! Her brother, Quicksilver made a brief appearance last night but he's a shy boy! ♥️🐱

Phil was out all night and most of the day! Didn't come home until about 4.30pm this afternoon so he is a very sleepy boy! William, however, wants him to play 😂🖤♥️

Thanks to Alex I've had my first weekend away in 2 years..smokie is 18 and is very set in her ways and routine..with Alex's expertise and patience smokie is eventually coming round to having another person in her daily life..who is now become a lovely friend too..thanks so much alex.xx

My 4 rabbits stayed with Alex for the weekend and I wasn’t disappointed at all! They were all well looked after and spoilt rotten! They will definitely be returning! Thank you Alex for looking after my 4 naughty fur balls! ����xx

Incredibly reliable! Alex was a life-saver today, looking after Buddy in my home while I attended an important meeting. I would always trust Alex with any of my pets, she's experienced, caring and really friendly and approachable! Can't recommend Freddie's enough!

I'd highly recommend Alex to look after your fur babies , she met mine a few weeks previously to get to know them , she had loads of kisses so I knew that they'd be well looked after whilst I had to go into hospital for the afternoon , she put my mind at rest for moment of meeting her , I've made a new friend and if I ever need her again I'll be getting in touch , she's welcome to pop in anytime she's free and passing for loads of staffy kisses cuddles , x highly recommend her
