Frontline Fitness has an exclusive group for you to join where you can work with me exclusively and receive 1 to 1 support with your exercise, nutrition, wellbeing and all other things relating to your fitness journey.
The group contains content that is uploaded daily which varies from nutritional advice, meal ideas, to videos and pictures with detailed workouts. Some that can be conducted in the gym, some that can be conducted in the comfort of your own home.
The last few we...eks in the group have been themed and have a specific focus over seven days. This week is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), last week was Bodyblast and the week before was nutrition so whatever intrigues you regarding fitness, you will find it in the group.
I also stream live videos each week for you to ask about anything you're requiring a bit of guidance and advice on as well as answering any questions.

Love this class!! Chris always makes sure you work hard the whole time! No slacking! If he sees you do anything wrong he comes and helps you to get the move right. Always pushing the group to do their best! Would recommend to anyone.
I’ve been training with Chris for over 2 months now!!! All I can say that Chris really is a genuine guy who knows his stuff and his second to none approach in helping me achieve what I want!! I have seen gains in physical and metal aspects whilst training with him!! His friendly approach means he is more than a trainer!! He is a friend!!
