i got 2 sofas delivered today and the delivery men could not have been more helpful. fabulous service.

Went to this store today looking for a sofa, we were met by a lovely lady called Lesley, we told her what we were looking for and she promptly showed us some sofas, purchased one and it's being delivered next week. This lady was very professional and polite and didn't try to sell us any extras. Thank you Lesley for making this a pleasant experience

Went in this store today to buy a lamp that was advertised on the ticket price for £175.00 reduced from £245.00 but the manager wouldn't honour the ticket price and refused me the sale price , he wanted over £500 saying he doesnt have to sell at the advertised price and had a right to refuse the transaction . He should honour his ticket prices ...false advertising tactics and bad management .

Stay away, my mam bought furnatute assured it was good quality and hard waring. 16 months later the leather has warn away already and all they can say is its not a fault and shud have taken out extra insurance. 5 year guarantee means nothing. Go to dfs.

Sold us a dining set that they didn’t have in stock. Handed our money over to them Monday and rang to chase today to find out they didn’t have it in stock. Wow. Pretty sure that’s illegal.

DO NOT buy any furniture from Darlington Store, Sales Manger is called Simon Cody Morgan totally not interested in any aspect of his job, no respect for clients and any after care, has a problem with confrontation so the only way he handles it is by being rude while shaking in his boots trying to think of the best way to get rid of you out of the store, by no means an asset to Furniture Village, now going to Small Claims Court and Ombudsman due to the colour misdescription of the Atlantic Pure White Sofa, no one mentioned it would arrive with Yellowing seams.
