We have been to Chester zoo today with Garnetts, driver was great, friendly, smartly dressed and professional, coach was comfortable and very clean. Lovely to relax and let someone else do the driving. Would definitely book with them again. Xx

Used Garnetts to go to Harrogate Flower Show on the 23rd April. Driver called Duncan was so friendly and professional. Drove us safely. Hope he's driving to Berwick on July 9th!

Trip to London yesterday for young people with mental health difficulties. Drivers were brilliant & really went out of there way to make everyone feel comfortable. Over 500 miles of smiles in one day�thank you from Space Mental Health Support team & young people �

Tony the bus driver took us to Blackpool, excellent service throughout....definately recommend . A group of ladies travelled with him and nothing was a bother... especially when we kept shouting heating on/off...air con on/off... radio up/down!!!!

Me and my family went on the Blackpool day trip yesterday we had a great day the bus was great the bus driver was fab with us all we deffo be booking up with them again �

Can I say a big thankyou to Barry Cooper! He got me through my test in a week. Such a nice fella and amazing instructor! �

travel to whitby 25th with my 4yr g daughter (as a treat asways used car) had 25seater, got on at darlington ( final pick up point) 13 other ppl on taking up 20 seats was told to sit at the back all crammed together (5) of us TOTALLY UNFAIR SHOULD BE STOP if theres a couple make them sit beside each other

One of your drivers in a small mini bus this morning around 8.50am darlington stopped on a corner in whessoe bridge and because he was to big to get round ( due to his poor driving skills) he called out at two of the cars, one being me, on the other side of the road as if it was our fault. ( we were perfectly within our lines) his language was disgusting and unprofessional cursing outsider his window! The driver was an older man with glasses and short grey hair . Please sort out your unpleasant staff. It's a bad representation of your name!

Just been undertaken and cut up by one of your coaches on the M6. Thanks... #dangerousdriving
