What a lovely place to stop for a snack and a drink . I could have stayed all day watching the waves gently braking on the sand with a cool drink served by Linda. The menu has everything covered from toast and teacakes for breakfast to bacon sausage n egg butties or chips for lunch . Well worth a trip down to clear the cobwebs away xxxxxxx

Quite simply the best place in Sunderland for a brew and bacon buttie. Often I'm there on my own and always end up chatting to some lovely folk.

I have to say.. they had the best bacon sandwich on this side of the pond .. another bonus.. the most amazing dog beach right in there front yard.. so many wonderful puppies with great food and such friendly service ��Linda always gives service (even if us Americans ask for too many napkins and ketchup) with a smile!! Can I say enough lovely things about this quaint little place? No I can’t �. I highly highly recommend �

Beautiful location. Perfect place to sit have a hot chocolate and snack. Very dog friendly. The owner supplies fresh drinking water and sells doggie sausages. And open all year round. �
