brilliant service, immediate appointment, quick service, free health check. Unfortunately my macbook couldn't be fixed in a cost effective way this time but Geekys were honest and explained to me in plain english how to keep things going until I can afford a new laptop, thank you <3

Well i have had fantastic service i called on the Tuesday the price was £60 for a 5s screen repair with 12 months warranty on the part, and it only took 1 hour, other shops in the area wanted £60 without any warranty, the service from the staff was excellent better than any apple store i have visited, i would recommend these guys to anyone wanting any tech, so helpful, i will 100% visit again thanks again for the repair.

Took my iPhone in to get a replacement screen, screen replaced in an hour and phone looking as good as new, very professional and Friendly staff who went out their way to help, definitely recommend this place !!

So went in today as I thought my charger port had broken having used two chargers previous which didn't work. The member of staff I was served by was more than happy to help and even give me a new cable. Thanks �

I went to Geekys today to get my laptop to look at and they managed to fix my laptop. Craig managed to find out and fix my laptop. I would recommend Geekys.

I have now dealt with the people in Geekys buying and selling three times and I can honestly say the staff who I dealt with were really helpful and explained everything I asked really well. I would recommend them to anyone for being honest and straight forward. Harry Coundon

Been there a number of times due to a clumsy boyfriend and his phone. Both times the staff were straightforward as to what result we might get from a repair, and both repairs on separate parts of the phone were successful. Really get a feeling that they were happy to help and I felt a really pleasant atmosphere!

These guys have saved the day for me a few times from recovering lost data to replacing a bulb in a projector. They are upfront about what they can and can't do which is great.

Really disappointed to receive back my MacBook Pro with the issue they said was 'resolved' with the hard drive and which yes they didn't charge me BUT still same issue :-(

I’ve not rang back as I couldn’t be arsed with the aw you’ve no receipt over a daft £55/60 screen just thought I’d put the review as it may help improve your after care services. Moral of the story to me don’t buy cheap shite screen I won’t be back �

Less than a week later my front camera broke, turns out it was failing (apparently) then half of my screen went black so obviously I took it back. They tried to tell me it was because I dropped it, which I never I put it on charge then the next thing I know half the screen is black, then they tried to say the battery swelled and broke the screen. So I got a new phone and my dad kept my old one and took it elsewhere to be fixed. TURNS OUT. They didn't fix my screen properly and the battery's fine, completely fine. And they also disconnected my front camera, it wasn't failing or broke. Fucking fuuuuuuuming. They genuinely don't care about fixing your problems just take you for your money. So glad I'm not the only one they did this too.

Second time I have rang the store asking for a price for a job and turned up at the shop and the price has increased. Quoted £35 over the phone and turned up at the shop to then be told it would be £50! Wouldn't use again.

Quoted £80 to repair my Note 2 screen which was damaged which seemed reasonable. Confirmed the make and model with the guy over the phone. Now you are saying you thought I had said I had an S2 (in spite of repeating and confirming the model and make back to me over the phone. I can remember the whole of the conversation). The price then jumped up to £170. Even after my Dad had dropped in the phone and you had had the phone for a few days before you noticed. So in spite of the price being areed I am still without a phone as you say it will leave you out of pocket and will not carry out the repair for the price you gave me. Very bad service. Disgusted.

My mother bought a rubbish android box from these cowboys at the not so bargain price of £80, it came with an extra cost mouse that was not needed and the grand total of 5 addons 1 of which is now defunct. Must've took them all of 20 minutes to set this £25 cheap Chinese box up. Avoid at all costs

I normally sort out my family computers but with me moving home and stuff been really busy my Grandad went to geekys in town to ask about pop ups on his computer.



Some moron said he would have a look for £50 and kept his laptop overnight. when getting the laptop back he was still having the same problem. so he taken it back and they taken another £20 to have a quick look at it and then advised it was fixed again. My grandad was still having the same issue so taken it back and then was told they would keep in over night again for another further £50. My grandad said he rather bin it thant pay anyhting more.



Ive had time today to go see my grandad, all these idiots done was add a free add blocker to his google chrome and downloaded a free AVG pc clean up tool.



These guys are a bunch of con artists and take advantage of old people that are not computer savy. i would 100% aviod this place and will be going in to the store my self to speak to a manager as this is disgusting.

Went back an hour later and sure enough my phone was looking brand new. A week later my screen flashed and went black. Phone was still working as I was using Siri to make phone calls as couldn't see anything on the screen. Took it back into shop and they tried to fob me off telling me it was a software problem on my phone. Finally after 20 mins of arguing and proving to them that my phone was still working they agreed to fit another screen as the repair was under warranty. Got my phone back with a second screen in. Got home, charged my phone. As it was dead when I received back from the shop and the screen they had fitted didn't work at all. Couldn't even unlock my phone. Touch didn't work in the slightest. Took it back again and once again they replaced it. This screen worked fine until I dropped it and smashed it. Oops. My bad. Took it back to the shop and payed another £40 for a new screen. By the next day I was back in the shop as the screen they had fitted was faulty again. Was working fine at first then half of the touch stopped working. Again they fitted another screen as it was under warranty. Surprise, surprise this screen is temperamental. Works when it wants. The screen gets unbelievably hot even though the rest of the phone stays cool. Every 5-10 mins the screen stops working. I have to lock my phone and unlock it a few times for the screen to start working again. Don't really fancy taking it back to the shop for them to fit another cheap Chinese screen that probably won't work. My phone worked better with a smashed screen. Annoyed to say the least.

Called them today regarding the broken screen and they are wanting me to pay another £35 to be fixed, the phone should have been working when I got it back the first time shouldn't have to keep taking it back numerous times. Would Defiantly NOT recommend anyone to take mobiles here to be repaired!!!!!!

Brought an external hard drive back to store for a refund as it was not fit for purpose even though we were advised that it would be perfect for our needs. After standing around for half an hour we are no further forward with what they are doing to it and have been completely ignored with our request for a refund.

Would Defiantly NOT recommend anyone to take mobiles here to be repaired!!!!!!

Brought an external hard drive back to store for a refund as it was not fit for purpose even though we were advised that it would be perfect for our needs. After standing around for half an hour we are no further forward with what they are doing to it and have been completely ignored with our request for a refund.

brilliant service, immediate appointment, quick service, free health check. Unfortunately my macbook couldn't be fixed in a cost effective way this time but Geekys were honest and explained to me in plain english how to keep things going until I can afford a new laptop, thank you <3

Well i have had fantastic service i called on the Tuesday the price was £60 for a 5s screen repair with 12 months warranty on the part, and it only took 1 hour, other shops in the area wanted £60 without any warranty, the service from the staff was excellent better than any apple store i have visited, i would recommend these guys to anyone wanting any tech, so helpful, i will 100% visit again thanks again for the repair.

Took my iPhone in to get a replacement screen, screen replaced in an hour and phone looking as good as new, very professional and Friendly staff who went out their way to help, definitely recommend this place !!

So went in today as I thought my charger port had broken having used two chargers previous which didn't work. The member of staff I was served by was more than happy to help and even give me a new cable. Thanks �

I went to Geekys today to get my laptop to look at and they managed to fix my laptop. Craig managed to find out and fix my laptop. I would recommend Geekys.

I have now dealt with the people in Geekys buying and selling three times and I can honestly say the staff who I dealt with were really helpful and explained everything I asked really well. I would recommend them to anyone for being honest and straight forward. Harry Coundon

Got my iPhone replaced from here and it was done within the quoted time and works perfect, you also can’t fault the place for offering a 12 month warranty, great service all round �

Been there a number of times due to a clumsy boyfriend and his phone. Both times the staff were straightforward as to what result we might get from a repair, and both repairs on separate parts of the phone were successful. Really get a feeling that they were happy to help and I felt a really pleasant atmosphere!

These guys have saved the day for me a few times from recovering lost data to replacing a bulb in a projector. They are upfront about what they can and can't do which is great.

Really disappointed to receive back my MacBook Pro with the issue they said was 'resolved' with the hard drive and which yes they didn't charge me BUT still same issue :-(

Tried it today after receiving it back Thursday evening and sadly exactly the same problem, started to work and then when I switched it back on same issue.....naturally they didn't charge originally but lads had it for 3days and seemed a 'loose wire' was the only issue...

Took an iPhone 7plus for a screen replacement the cost was cheap enough but now my phone has a mind of its own since the screen replacement, when on charge it glitches and the screen jumps when on social media , gaming or txt messages ect also the home screen inflates to 3/4 times the size and I’ve then got to power my phone on and off to get it back to normal. I did take my phone in to the store and ask for it to be looked at have have the screen replaced again the guy said I didn’t have my receipt and my details wouldn’t be logged as it had been over 30 days he did say to leave it which I did and he said he’s had he’s charger in and it was fine � he then went on to say maybe it’s my charger I’ve tried a few different chargers and it’s the same story my phone does the same glitching shite. I’ve not rang back as I couldn’t be arsed with the aw you’ve no receipt over a daft £55/60 screen just thought I’d put the review as it may help improve your after care services. Moral of the story to me don’t buy cheap shite screen I won’t be back �

Less than a week later my front camera broke, turns out it was failing (apparently) then half of my screen went black so obviously I took it back. They tried to tell me it was because I dropped it, which I never I put it on charge then the next thing I know half the screen is black, then they tried to say the battery swelled and broke the screen. So I got a new phone and my dad kept my old one and took it elsewhere to be fixed. TURNS OUT. They didn't fix my screen properly and the battery's fine, completely fine. And they also disconnected my front camera, it wasn't failing or broke. Fucking fuuuuuuuming. They genuinely don't care about fixing your problems just take you for your money. So glad I'm not the only one they did this too.

Second time I have rang the store asking for a price for a job and turned up at the shop and the price has increased. Quoted £35 over the phone and turned up at the shop to then be told it would be £50! Wouldn't use again.

Quoted £80 to repair my Note 2 screen which was damaged which seemed reasonable. Confirmed the make and model with the guy over the phone. Now you are saying you thought I had said I had an S2 (in spite of repeating and confirming the model and make back to me over the phone. I can remember the whole of the conversation). The price then jumped up to £170. Even after my Dad had dropped in the phone and you had had the phone for a few days before you noticed. So in spite of the price being areed I am still without a phone as you say it will leave you out of pocket and will not carry out the repair for the price you gave me. Very bad service. Disgusted.

My mother bought a rubbish android box from these cowboys at the not so bargain price of £80, it came with an extra cost mouse that was not needed and the grand total of 5 addons 1 of which is now defunct. Must've took them all of 20 minutes to set this £25 cheap Chinese box up. Avoid at all costs

I normally sort out my family computers but with me moving home and stuff been really busy my Grandad went to geekys in town to ask about pop ups on his computer.



Some moron said he would have a look for £50 and kept his laptop overnight. when getting the laptop back he was still having the same problem. so he taken it back and they taken another £20 to have a quick look at it and then advised it was fixed again. My grandad was still having the same issue so taken it back and then was told they would keep in over night again for another further £50. My grandad said he rather bin it thant pay anyhting more.



Ive had time today to go see my grandad, all these idiots done was add a free add blocker to his google chrome and downloaded a free AVG pc clean up tool.



These guys are a bunch of con artists and take advantage of old people that are not computer savy. i would 100% aviod this place and will be going in to the store my self to speak to a manager as this is disgusting.

Went back an hour later and sure enough my phone was looking brand new. A week later my screen flashed and went black. Phone was still working as I was using Siri to make phone calls as couldn't see anything on the screen. Took it back into shop and they tried to fob me off telling me it was a software problem on my phone. Finally after 20 mins of arguing and proving to them that my phone was still working they agreed to fit another screen as the repair was under warranty. Got my phone back with a second screen in. Got home, charged my phone. As it was dead when I received back from the shop and the screen they had fitted didn't work at all. Couldn't even unlock my phone. Touch didn't work in the slightest. Took it back again and once again they replaced it. This screen worked fine until I dropped it and smashed it. Oops. My bad. Took it back to the shop and payed another £40 for a new screen. By the next day I was back in the shop as the screen they had fitted was faulty again. Was working fine at first then half of the touch stopped working. Again they fitted another screen as it was under warranty. Surprise, surprise this screen is temperamental. Works when it wants. The screen gets unbelievably hot even though the rest of the phone stays cool. Every 5-10 mins the screen stops working. I have to lock my phone and unlock it a few times for the screen to start working again. Don't really fancy taking it back to the shop for them to fit another cheap Chinese screen that probably won't work. My phone worked better with a smashed screen. Annoyed to say the least.
