What lovely creamy milkshakes and waffles were spot on! I did also sneak a taste of the oreo sundae and was very morish! My 8 year old was screaming 10 outta 10 to the nice guys as we left! Will defo return with all 3 of my boys next time x

Took my daughter after a double ankle op as it was too late for a delivery when she was in hospital and she was allowed somethin to eat it was amazin and was a fantastic atmosphere the ice cream and deserts are amazing a defo must try will defo be goin bk for more

Tommy Tucker mix up is the bestest mix up I've had in a long time! Cheesy nachos are just as beaut also! Although my delivery time came back on just eat as 10pm, then came at 9pm meaning I had to answer the door covered in shampoo and bubbles, (apologies given’┐Į) I've thoroughly enjoyed my order, thank you ’┐Į

Lush Lush Lush, we order from here all the time! Was amazing and arrived within half an hour of ordering. Mixed sherbet slushes and red velvet cake are to die for ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Blackberry ice cream was fab cookie dough cheesecake to die for and Bueno chocolate cake fab well worth a visit your be spoilt for choice was open till midnight on the Saturday and weŌĆÖll prepared for Sunday hangover orders ’┐Į

Amazing staff shop very clean and the bubble gum ice cream was to die for! And the fact the women put bubble gum sauce and blue sherbet on top made my day! Will defos be going again!

Absolutely fab! Got the kids some ice creams tonight and one of them dropped theirs just outside the door. They were kind enough to make up a new one and didn't even charge. Ice creams were delicious too!

Took ages to arrive and then instead of a toffee crisp shake I literally got a toffee crisp bar (a small chocolate bar for ┬Ż3.75) cake was dry too..

Terrible experience ordering here :( ordered a bubblegum Sundae and got sent a milkshake instead. I called the store to which they told me one would be sent out, I then got a call and got told one could not be sent out due to a driver crashing in the weather (perfectly understandable)



This is not what makes it terrible, however. They asked me if I could leave an item note on my next order stating they owe me a free item. I explained I did not want to do this, and would just like a refund for the sundae. They told me they could not process the refund and to contact JustEat.



I have now contacted JustEat, who have told me they contacted gelatorious and they refused to refund me the item because they claim they delivered the correct order, when they did not. I am shocked that they would blatantly lie just to save some money. This has therefore led to this negative review, very very disappointing :(

Ordered at 9pm for a delivery due at 9:50pm. The order was accepted and 39 minutes were added to the delivery time. After waiting until 10:45 (25 minutes after the expected delivery time) we rang to see where our order was. We were informed the order had been cancelled even though the money had been taken. Had we not rang we would never have known this. The woman on the phone then proceeded to say the order hadn't been cancelled at all, it was on the bench next to her if we still wanted it, but it would take another 45 minutes. This would have meant we had waited 2 and a half hours in total. No offer of discount as an apology. Seems ridiculous to accept payment without the intention of ever delivering.
