We visited yesterday to participate in Restaurant week. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who immediately talked to my little girl (1 year) and made us feel really welcome, suggesting a seat that would accommodate our buggy and a high chair.

The staff were brilliant throughout the meal and made recommendations of offers that allowed us to get our daughter the Kids eat free deal as well as us getting a good deal on food.



This was the first time we had brought my daughter out to eat with us properly and I cannot fault this establishment for how at home they made us feel with our daughter. The staff were brilliant at engaging with her and making sure her food was brought out as quickly as possible, despite the fact they were really busy and under staffed.



Thank you so much to all the staff for a fantastic dining experience. We will be back and will be recommending you to others.

Visited at lunchtime today for the first time with my niece age 5 and my two sons ages 3 and 7 months. What a great, family friendly restaurant! Lots of choice on the kids menu with plenty of healthy options, activity sheets and crayons to keep them entertained and spotlessly clean baby changing facilities.

Our server was brilliant, she was so friendly with the kids and offered to bring their food out as soon as it was ready so they didn’t get bored waiting. I wish I had taken her name so I could give her a personal thank you as she really was fantastic!

The choice on the adult menu was also incredible. The food looked and tasted amazing and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending to our friends and family.

This was my second visit to Giraffe and it wont be the last. The decor is both modern and ethnic, bright and welcoming. Fabulous range on the menu with something for everyone. Fresh food beautifully cooked the dishes I had were both colourful and delicious. The servers are polite and efficient. An amazing experience you really must try.

The food was fantastic very tasty, in was a busy Saturday lunch time and we where on abit of a tight time frame so mention this when asking for a table we where told it was a 15 minute wait but we where seatedwith in 10 minutes, we ordered straight away and again service was very fast we recieved our meals with in less than 10 mintues. The staff where very friendly and chil friendly. I can’t say this enough. Will be returning again.

Staff were really friendly on my second visit yesterday, cocktails are amazing and i like how the waitress advised which was good. Manager was lovely and made an effort to say bye on our way out. We had 3 tapas and it was nice to try little bits of interesting food. 2nd time around was much better �

I visited this restaurant last Sunday, and I was blown away by the customer service we received. There were so many things that were done right. My sister suffers a lot of allergies so when I explained this, the manager brought over a tablet that had a list of different food items on it, you select which ones your allergic to and then the app filters through the menu and selects which meals your able to order. I've never seen this before, and it made my sister feels a lot more comfortable knowing what she was ordering was safe for her to eat. Unfortunately half way through our meal my sister took poorly, luckily it was nothing to do with her allergies. Our waiter for the evening was Ed, and he went out of his way to check how my sister was, he came over and kept me company and it was very clear that he cared. He ended up getting my sister her dinner boxed up so she could take it home for when she was better, I thought that was such a lovely gesture. He is a credit to your team.

Aswell as the customer service being on top form, the food was lovely aswell. You really smashed it Giraffe �����

I took my granddaughter for lunch first time I've been as my granddaughter was on her lunch we did not have much time a lovely young lady took our order which came very quick and was delicious and with working in eldon square we got 50% off which is amazing lovely place lovely staff fab food

I had lunch here and the food was lovely and the staff were great especially our waitress Lorna who looked after us really well. We will definitely be coming back again.

Had the Shakshouka for breakfast, amazing fresh and vibrant flavours, the wife had the scrambled egg bagel with vine tomatoes and mushroom just as good, first time we have been will not be the last. All the staff were warm friendly and efficient, but don't just take my word for it go in you will not be dissapointed.

Great service, great menu and with 5 tapas and a bottle of wine for 24.95 all day every day, great value too!

First time visit with my friend yesterday for girly catch up. We both opted for the turkish dish with feta halloumi spinich and pepper which was like a pizza and it was delicious. We shared a green salad and sweet pot fries. We both fancied a long drink and we were recommended the homemade lemonade which we tried with a shot of gin...was yum so we had 3 each haha. Will be back!

Pleasant staff, good service, good food that tastes real as opposed to pre-prepared. Drinks expensive. Not happy at the gratuity service added at 10%. It said on the bill optional but this did not come up when paying as an option. It's implied you will pay it. Other than that, food reasonably priced and tasted good. I will go back.

My Wife and I were greeted by a very friendly member of staff.

The food was excellent and very good value my only gripe is the Tabasco sauce had been watered down with vinegar I did exchange the bottle but the second one was the same.

I would go again but the Tabasco issue needs attention.

Excellent customer service, seated and drinks brought very quickly. My salad was excellent and one free child's meal was very unexpected. I would normally have ordered my grandsons adult meals but they asked for kids meals. The Hamburger looked a bit dry but was declared fine. Kitso chicken also went down well. The kids had a good choice of drink and pudding. Our server was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

I've been before and it was great, the service was really good and the food was amazing. However I went with my brother today and the waitress was so rude. She saw us standing at the entrance and just completely ignored us. She made eye contact with us several times and didn't even smile. We saw that was she serving another table which is fine and we were fine with waiting but she didn't give us any indication that she was going to serve us. A little nod or "I'll be 2 mins" would have been nice. When she finished with the table, instead of greeting us she ignored us (again) and went over to another table. It wasn't even busy, she just looked at us (with a very unfriendly look on her face) and walked away. We were left waiting for a while but ended up walking away because we were so annoyed.

Food here is great and I would have given 5 stars except everything took ages: we waited a long time to get served, a long time for drinks, a long time for food etc. Staff were lovely and friendly but they weren't very good at being aware of when customers needed attention - it was very difficult to flag any member of staff down.

Not the best, not the worst.. lovely inside but food let it down. Kids meals were better than the adults and they were free. Burger was dry as toast. Burrito was tiny for £11 and my partner was still hungry after. Also the tips that are added automatically on the bill is very cheeky and rude. Don't think we will be back.

Food was delicious. Cocktails are more ice than fluid. Staff were lovely and friendly. Disappointing in the 10% added charge to the bill for a tip. About an hour after eating here, I was beset with terrible stomach pains and was very poorly for the rest of the evening through to the early hours of the next day.
