I’ll be using the gong in my meditation classes for the additional therapeutic benefits they bring.

i met lola threw a friend. i went because i was emotionally drained and bit messed up mentally. had a reiki treatment loved it was better than any councillor ive seen or any meds i could of took. Lola is also a life coach so guided me in many ways and taught me reiki, im now level 2 and still learning more. I also had many fears to which the reiki has got me on a airoplane last week with my kids, thanks lola x
