As you become more active you should ideally increase the amount of water you take on board. This is important, especially in children and adolescents.
For Infants just a few sips throughout the day is sufficient, Any more can fill up the little space they have for breast milk or formula. Whilst children between the ages of 4 to 13 should drink between 1 liter to 1.7 liters of water per day depending on their age and gender. Adult Men however need roughly 3 liters of water while women require about 2.2 liters a day.

Yesterday we booked a group of 12 onto the tots session for my sons 3rd birthday. I rang ahead to let them know there was a small group of us coming and asked if it was ok to bring a cake along to sing happy birthday.



The girl who greeted us was lovely, really pleasant and friendly. I was expecting to do it all myself, considering we hadn't booked a "party". The girl took the cake and party bags up to the cafe area ready for us after we jumped.



We had a lovely time jumping, the session wasn't too busy and the kids and parents had a great time, the staff in the trampoline area were also very pleasant and helpful.



We then went to the cafe where they had reserved a table for us with a birthday banner. We ordered some snacks which they had ready for our arrival, they brought the cake out for happy birthday, cut it and bagged it up. The team were absolutely brilliant. So accommodating and I genuinely can say every member of staff we dealt with had a great attitude, making a really positive contribution to the place.



They looked after us so well, little touches made it an absolute pleasure to celebrate my sons birthday there. Great value for money, we will recommend the park to friends and we will certainly be back soon.



Mission accomplished Gravity Force. We left very satisfied customers, my son had "the best day EVER" and he slept as soon as we got in the car ���

Went today with the girlfriend and 2 friends and it was class wasn't to busy and the staff were great the guy who helped with the foam pit first was a great confidence builder and the facilities are great.



Would defiantly recommend it



Went for the 8pm-9pm jump hopefully the lad who helped with the foam pit gets the praise he deserves!!

Took the kids today using the family offer, the kids loved it and I was very happy with the friendly service. Staff in the cafe gave my younger daughter books and colouring to keep her entertained while the big kids bounced away.

Also staff sorted vegetarian hot dogs for us as part of the meal deal.

Def recommend and can't find a fault at all.

My two girls always enjoy a visit but today was especially lovely because Cory (one of the staff on duty at the foam pit) really made a fuss of my youngest daughter Sophia. She had a great time playing with him and building a den out of the foam blocks. Thank you for your lovely manner and effort with her. She had so much fun

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here today and it was ran smoothly by the party host, Sam. She ensured all the children were provided with socks, watched the safety video, provided them with drinks and then after the jump session ensured they returned to the party room to have their pizza. Sam and the other staff member cut the cake and put then pieces into the party bags. As parents we had nothing to do, the staff done everything. Thanks to the staff the party was seamless and all the kids had a great time.

Kids love this place. Burn of plenty of energy and have fun.

Just had my 5 year olds birthday party at GF! Absolutely amazing!! The kids enjoyed every minute, the staff were fantastic with the little ones, it was safe & a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different for a kids birthday. Everything was taken care of with the food and my cake. I had no stress and could enjoy the party while letting the hosts look after everything. All the parents commented how great it was and the kiddies said it’s the best party ever!!! I took my 2 daughter and my oldest daughter's best friend here 2day for the first time and they loved it. I couldn't go on sue to being pregnant but they loved it. The staff watched the kids all the time. Only thing was the cafe being too small for non-jumpers and people rushing up and down the stairs which can be dangerous but all was fab. Will definitely be going again

I have been a few times before with my 9 year old daughter and 4 year old son and it is always fantastic. But today one of the staff a lad called jamie was great with my children. He kept them entertained creating fun games for them. They both loved him. So nice to see. Thanks for a lovely morning.

Came here today with my son. We try and come a couple of times a month. Unfortunately before Kelem even stepped foot on a trampoline he became unwell and was sick. Decided it was best to come home.. the staff where fantastic and refunded me as he didn’t go on the trampolines... will be back later on in the week tho ��

Took kids yesterday, booked well in advance. Wasn't happy with how full it was, kids queueing to get onto a trampoline is bad. Never been to a trampoline park so jam packed, capacity in other places are much less.

Bit like a cattle market. Our kids after their bounce were stopped from going back up to the cafe where we were sitting so my wife went down to get the kids. Total joke. For her to get back with them she had to ask permission to get through to upstairs. It’s like we have had your money now get out. It’s a Joke not well organised.

Been tonight for my daughter's 10th birthday and my brother had an accident, but I would just like to say there were 3 members of staff with him and were absolutely fantastic with him thank you so much! He's currently in theatre and will be recovering well soon thank you again you 3 x

Visited today and it is freezing, the children were shivering, people are walking around with blankets on their shoulders and staff had their hands tucked inside their jumpers it is that cold, considering the price you would think that they could put some heating on

Trying to get in touch is an absolute nightmare no one seems to like answering the phones to take bookings, secondly I was making an enquiry about using a groupon deal which specifically states to contact them direct at time of purchase to check availability and was told I have to purchase groupon deal and can't make booking for 12 hrs!!! So what's the point in checking availability??? I don't want to purchase groupon then not be able to go at the times I want. I live in Newcastle so quite a distance to travel also it's for a family of 5 and is out of our price range for full price (£60 including socks for 1 hr) the lady who eventually answered the phone was no help at all and had a terrible attitude!! Think I'll be trying an alternative trampoline park!!! Very disappointing service�

Took my daughter there for her birthday I emailed prior to going to ask if we needed to book in as there was going to be 13 of us in total I stated the ages of the children going within the group and what time we planned to go not once was I told that my 2 year old daughter wouldn't be able to join in had I known this I wouldn't have wasted my time. I then Emailed to asked why I wasn't told this prior to going someone asked me to provide my number so they could contact me that was on the 13th of January still waiting on someone to get back to me I have emailed twice since I provided my number and have been ignored very poor customer service

The way this manager has just treat my sister is absolutely disgraceful! Practically kicking her out because she's pregnant (not once been or asked to go on the trampoline with her two year old son) her son is absolutely distraught and herself aswell! You should be ashamed of yourselfs! She's been plenty of times previously and not once been told she can't watch her son from the sideline just because she's pregnant! You also can't seem to answer the phones Iv rang and rang and rang none stop! Let's hope it doesn't take nearly three weeks for her to get her refund like it did with me! Absolute disgrace! Il never be returning with my children! Il take my custom elsewhere and so will my sister!

I am giving a 1 star review as there isn't an option for no stars. We booked 20 children age 11/12 to go and have a final day of fun before starting their new secondary school. FUN is not what they had unfortunately. They were constantly being picked on by a particular member of staff for absolutely ridiculously trivial misdemeanours. One little boy was even dragged by his wrist so she could issue him with yet another "strike". I think every child bar possibly 1 in our party were given at least 1/2 strikes. One little boy was even "banned" because he rested for half a second on a purple mat !!!!!! This is the second time of the summer we have had this class of friends there meaning in all we've spent in excess of £600 here. Sadly it looks like we will have to take our business down the road to infinite air where children can be children and fun means fun and you don't get banned or strikes drawn on your wrist if you accidentally jump onto a trampoline and another child does at the same time. I understand rules keep everyone safe but come on Gravity Force ,, this is Over The Top ridiculous ,, thanks for ruining the kids last day of the holiday. Poor show.

The staff watched the kids all the time. Only thing was the cafe being too small for non-jumpers and people rushing up and down the stairs which can be dangerous but all was fab. Will definitely be going again

I have been a few times before with my 9 year old daughter and 4 year old son and it is always fantastic. But today one of the staff a lad called jamie was great with my children. He kept them entertained creating fun games for them. They both loved him. So nice to see. Thanks for a lovely morning.

Came here today with my son. We try and come a couple of times a month. Unfortunately before Kelem even stepped foot on a trampoline he became unwell and was sick. Decided it was best to come home.. the staff where fantastic and refunded me as he didn’t go on the trampolines... will be back later on in the week tho ��

Took kids yesterday, booked well in advance. Wasn't happy with how full it was, kids queueing to get onto a trampoline is bad. Never been to a trampoline park so jam packed, capacity in other places are much less.

Bit like a cattle market. Our kids after their bounce were stopped from going back up to the cafe where we were sitting so my wife went down to get the kids. Total joke. For her to get back with them she had to ask permission to get through to upstairs. It’s like we have had your money now get out. It’s a Joke not well organised.

Been tonight for my daughter's 10th birthday and my brother had an accident, but I would just like to say there were 3 members of staff with him and were absolutely fantastic with him thank you so much! He's currently in theatre and will be recovering well soon thank you again you 3 x

Visited today and it is freezing, the children were shivering, people are walking around with blankets on their shoulders and staff had their hands tucked inside their jumpers it is that cold, considering the price you would think that they could put some heating on

Trying to get in touch is an absolute nightmare no one seems to like answering the phones to take bookings, secondly I was making an enquiry about using a groupon deal which specifically states to contact them direct at time of purchase to check availability and was told I have to purchase groupon deal and can't make booking for 12 hrs!!! So what's the point in checking availability??? I don't want to purchase groupon then not be able to go at the times I want. I live in Newcastle so quite a distance to travel also it's for a family of 5 and is out of our price range for full price (£60 including socks for 1 hr) the lady who eventually answered the phone was no help at all and had a terrible attitude!! Think I'll be trying an alternative trampoline park!!! Very disappointing service�

Took my daughter there for her birthday I emailed prior to going to ask if we needed to book in as there was going to be 13 of us in total I stated the ages of the children going within the group and what time we planned to go not once was I told that my 2 year old daughter wouldn't be able to join in had I known this I wouldn't have wasted my time. I then Emailed to asked why I wasn't told this prior to going someone asked me to provide my number so they could contact me that was on the 13th of January still waiting on someone to get back to me I have emailed twice since I provided my number and have been ignored very poor customer service

The way this manager has just treat my sister is absolutely disgraceful! Practically kicking her out because she's pregnant (not once been or asked to go on the trampoline with her two year old son) her son is absolutely distraught and herself aswell! You should be ashamed of yourselfs! She's been plenty of times previously and not once been told she can't watch her son from the sideline just because she's pregnant! You also can't seem to answer the phones Iv rang and rang and rang none stop! Let's hope it doesn't take nearly three weeks for her to get her refund like it did with me! Absolute disgrace! Il never be returning with my children! Il take my custom elsewhere and so will my sister!

I am giving a 1 star review as there isn't an option for no stars. We booked 20 children age 11/12 to go and have a final day of fun before starting their new secondary school. FUN is not what they had unfortunately. They were constantly being picked on by a particular member of staff for absolutely ridiculously trivial misdemeanours. One little boy was even dragged by his wrist so she could issue him with yet another "strike". I think every child bar possibly 1 in our party were given at least 1/2 strikes. One little boy was even "banned" because he rested for half a second on a purple mat !!!!!! This is the second time of the summer we have had this class of friends there meaning in all we've spent in excess of £600 here. Sadly it looks like we will have to take our business down the road to infinite air where children can be children and fun means fun and you don't get banned or strikes drawn on your wrist if you accidentally jump onto a trampoline and another child does at the same time. I understand rules keep everyone safe but come on Gravity Force ,, this is Over The Top ridiculous ,, thanks for ruining the kids last day of the holiday. Poor show.

Yesterday we booked a group of 12 onto the tots session for my sons 3rd birthday. I rang ahead to let them know there was a small group of us coming and asked if it was ok to bring a cake along to sing happy birthday.



The girl who greeted us was lovely, really pleasant and friendly. I was expecting to do it all myself, considering we hadn't booked a "party". The girl took the cake and party bags up to the cafe area ready for us after we jumped.



We had a lovely time jumping, the session wasn't too busy and the kids and parents had a great time, the staff in the trampoline area were also very pleasant and helpful.



We then went to the cafe where they had reserved a table for us with a birthday banner. We ordered some snacks which they had ready for our arrival, they brought the cake out for happy birthday, cut it and bagged it up. The team were absolutely brilliant. So accommodating and I genuinely can say every member of staff we dealt with had a great attitude, making a really positive contribution to the place.



They looked after us so well, little touches made it an absolute pleasure to celebrate my sons birthday there. Great value for money, we will recommend the park to friends and we will certainly be back soon.



Mission accomplished Gravity Force. We left very satisfied customers, my son had "the best day EVER" and he slept as soon as we got in the car ���

Went today with the girlfriend and 2 friends and it was class wasn't to busy and the staff were great the guy who helped with the foam pit first was a great confidence builder and the facilities are great.



Would defiantly recommend it



Went for the 8pm-9pm jump hopefully the lad who helped with the foam pit gets the praise he deserves!!

Took the kids today using the family offer, the kids loved it and I was very happy with the friendly service. Staff in the cafe gave my younger daughter books and colouring to keep her entertained while the big kids bounced away.

Also staff sorted vegetarian hot dogs for us as part of the meal deal.

Def recommend and can't find a fault at all.

My two girls always enjoy a visit but today was especially lovely because Cory (one of the staff on duty at the foam pit) really made a fuss of my youngest daughter Sophia. She had a great time playing with him and building a den out of the foam blocks. Thank you for your lovely manner and effort with her. She had so much fun

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here today and it was ran smoothly by the party host, Sam. She ensured all the children were provided with socks, watched the safety video, provided them with drinks and then after the jump session ensured they returned to the party room to have their pizza. Sam and the other staff member cut the cake and put then pieces into the party bags. As parents we had nothing to do, the staff done everything. Thanks to the staff the party was seamless and all the kids had a great time.

Kids love this place. Burn of plenty of energy and have fun.

Just had my 5 year olds birthday party at GF! Absolutely amazing!! The kids enjoyed every minute, the staff were fantastic with the little ones, it was safe & a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different for a kids birthday. Everything was taken care of with the food and my cake. I had no stress and could enjoy the party while letting the hosts look after everything. All the parents commented how great it was and the kiddies said it’s the best party ever!!!
