Thank you for supporting us over the last year. 2018 has been difficult for a lot of retailers, larger stores and independents like us but this Christmas has been wonderful! We've really felt the love.

We want to say a massive thank you to all the customers who have generously donated to our charity box over the last few weeks! We have raised £75.48 for the Gateshead College Foundation which helps students with additional costs, such as trips and supplies!

This shop is fantastic. Not only does it stock some amazing, original artwork, crafts and gifts from local suppliers, the customer service is exceptional. I purchased an item which was then damaged on my journey home. The service I received from Dawn, the manager in solving this problem was outstanding. Courteous communication, very quick in finding a solution and replacing the item and ensuring that this problem was resolved without any upset or stress to me. In a world of poor customer service this really has been a positive experience and one of the reasons that I will always be returning to this shop. I highly recommend this shop to everybody who visits the Metrocentre. It really towers above the rest!!!

Fabulous shop an Aladdin's cave of locally made goods, great price range, something for everyone. If you are looking for something a bit special then this is the place to shop!
