Dear Owner
I write to advise you that during the winter months we will be undertaking new holiday home development works at Praa Sands. As always we will endeavour to keep disruption to our owners down to a minimum and are working closely with our contractors to ensure this happens.
The new holiday home development will be situated On the grassed area below the putting green area of the park. Work for this development will commence on Monday the 16th of November and it is env...isaged to be completed by the middle of February 2016, dependent on the weather. We have agreed to the contractors working 6 days where necessary in order to keep their time on park to a minimum.
We look forward to being able to invite you to view the new development once completed and thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Couldn't ask for more , great value , worth visit just 5 mins walk to praa sand beach .
We have just had a really lovely week at Praa Sands staying in 31 Atlantic Rise, absolutely lovely accomodation, the kids loved it and we all slept well!!
Couldn't fault it at all, food on site was great, kids loved the play area, pool was lovely and our children also absolutely loved the amount of rabbits there were everywhere so rabbit spotting was a daily occurance!!!
If ever going on holiday in Cornwall again we would definitely return :-)
The caravan was spotless, loved the welcome box, toiletries and the fact the ice trays were filled. The staff were amazing with my Special Needs daughter especially when she swam into the wall in the pool, they dealt with a distressed young girl with the up most respect & professionalism. We have had a lovely weeks holiday & would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you from Clan Willott xx

Been here a week and the sun has not stop shining, this place is fantastic!!
Beautiful place with lovely staff. The beach is just a short walk away which has miles of the softest sand. When the sun shines you could forget that you're in the UK. We WILL be staying again.
