We've just returned from our first holiday booked through Holiday Hypermarket... but it certainly will not be the last! These guys have been great from the get go, so helpful, always quick to answer any questions, and genuinely lovely people to deal with! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody & everybody! We booked a holiday with this company in November to Tenerife .

Second time I've booked with this tour operator and can't fault it, booked Cyprus last year online and just booked Egypt tonight. Online it said ring for availability, once I got through a lady called Andrea sorted me out instantly and couldn't have been more helpful and nice! Wouldn't hesitate to book again! One question though, when will I get a booking confirmation? I just like to have something in front of me?🙈

Just booked our first holiday through this company going smoothly at the Moment no problems yet, much cheaper than Thomson too by £400!!

I've used holiday hypermarket for the last 2 years, no problems at all despite being a little nervous the first time i booked online ever. Will be using them again next holiday too, very soon hopefully. All tickets and paperwork arrived on time and its easy to get in touch.

Had a holiday in October to Greece it was amazing! I'm very pessimistic when using websites I've never heard of, expecting something to go wrong but I can honestly say the whole holiday went amazingly well, everything was so easy and Holiday Hypermarket where so helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone and I will be booking all future holidays through them.

Best ever company book at least 4 holidays a year with holiday hypermarket just had to change a holidays dates due to my mother under going tests it was so easy to do and they are very understanding and helpful

After having problems booking online on a number of occasions, I booked through the Stockton branch with operator Janice who was a lovely lady and amazingly got me a better deal than online!

Have booked with Holiday Hypermarket for years and can honestly say I have been very pleased with there service and the voucher codes that I used to get but for some reson I have not had any for a while tried using FB25 but that is not working would like to book my next holiday if I get a voucher code to use

We had A lovely holiday in Corfu in Greece in Sept which we booked through holiday Hypermarket

At first I was happy with holiday hypermarket services and thought I had myself a fair deal. They said it was an extra £532 to have a Jacuzzi In my room so I paid it. Only to find at the resort that every single room had one. I asked other guests and no-one had to pay that charge. So holiday hypermarket false advertise I wouldn't trust them when choosing your suite. I've tried to email them but the email they have given me doesn't work. Its a shame other than that the service was excellent otherwise I'd be using them again.

We booked a holiday through these as we have used them before, we have never had an issue before however we saw their true nature this time as we have had an issue and wanted to make a change.



Long story short we wanted to change where we were going as we have changed jobs and needed to cut the costs,we called them to find out what the fees would be, they advised us £50 per person £200, although we aren't happy with the fees it was a case of needs must. They advised we could change as long as we were traveling with the same company we would just need to find the holiday we would like to change to, pay the fees and make the change, we double checked so the total advertised cost of the holiday plus £200 in admin fees was what we would have to pay and this was confirmed.



We found another holiday within budget taking into account of the fees so we called to make the booking and payment. When we called and the full cost was given it was £100 more than we had calculated, we got a break down of the price and they had not only added the fees but were trying to charge us £100 more than what the holiday was advertised at.



We tried to question why this was the case but got nowhere , we were just told this was the price on their system and they were powerless to change it. We were basically told we had 3 choices 1) stick with the original holiday that we can realistically no longer afford 2) pay the inflated holiday price 3) lose our £900 deposit



Had we not phoned up and verified what the extra costs would be than maybe we wouldn't feel so cheated, but as it is this seems like a very disingenuous practice.

Unhelpful woman manager was rude and inflexible my son booked a turkey holiday £730 pp on Saturday but price was £200 pp on internet in afternoon she used the excuse can only discount a holiday once but my son gave the price from the internet that day i hope everyone's holidays go smoothly because they are not helpful at all

I'm writing this as I'm am so appalled by the customer service, in particular at the Stockton office. Mark Campbell, one of the advisors should be sacked!! This is the first and last time I'll ever book with Holiday Hypermarket! I'd like someone to contact me to elaborate further! I hope all phone calls are recorded!! Avoid this company folks!!
