It feels like far too long since Tom Cruise last did his dangling-on-a-wire-upside-down thing, but at last, Mission: Impossible - Fallout is out in cinemas tomorrow.
We’re planning a big night out of bowling 🎳, a giant Hollywood Diner burger 🍔 maybe a beer or two 🍻, and a trip to the cinema 🎥. #TeamHollywood

Went there yesterday for first time in ages with my girlfriend for a date , we had amazing time there staff were pleasant they were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to go we got great value for the price also we got two games and two meals however they don’t come with chips due to misunderstanding we got our fries for free so for next time I would order from menu. Will be returning ...

We've just got home from our sons 10th birthday party, it was brill!! Our host, Sophie did a fab job of getting 8 9/10 year old boys to understand the safety rules, and she was really attentive! Just having her in the background to get us more drinks and help the boys out was fab, the kids loved the food and us parents loved the help! Will definitely be booking next year. Hope Sophie's manager sees this (as she had finished by the time all of the boys were collected)

We were there yesterday 28.12.17 at lunch time in the VIP section with friends who had travelled far. We too had paid over £130 however we had a lovely time as we didn't expect to be in the VIP part. The service was good and the staff were lovely, both Sam who looked after us whilst we were bowling and the other staff who were serving us drinks.

We had a great night the staff were great 😎

We booked an Ultimate party in the VIP lane for my daughter's 9th birthday and it was fantastic! Our party host Sophie was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our food was ready almost as soon as we sat down after bowling and was great quality.....clean plates all round!

We always have a fab time bowling � we love how friendly an attentive the staff were we orderd drinks from our lane and they arrived very quickly! Such a good family friendly place! �

My son had his 7th birthday here with his brother and 4 friends. I chose the ultimate party package which consisted of 1 hours bowling, food, drinks, balloons and group photo. Had a fantastic time. Our party hosts Ellie and Olivia we on hand throughout and brought us everything we needed. Thank you �

My son had a teen party package at Hollywood bowl today, all of them had a great time, bowling and spending time in the arcade. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend

I was at Hollywood Bowl, Stockton on Sat 13th Jan 2018 had a great time with my family.

I took my 6&8 yr old kids for their first ever bowling trip and they loved it. We took part in Easter treasure hunt and the kids got a small gift, we only waited about 10 minutes and then we were given one of the VIP lanes right at the end which suited us perfectly. The only thing is I was given a form to fill in with my details which would entitle us to half price next bowl which the girl said to hand in, I handed it in before i left, I'm now thinking I should have kept it to hand in on next visit!? To get the discount, we are definitely going back and it always helps budget wise getting discounts.

Had my son Harveys 10th birthday party here this evening and it was fab! We had the ultimate party and i would recommend to anyone! We were so well looked after and the kids all had a great time! Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie who took care of everything! Thanks Ellie and hollywood bowl x

Great Family Fun, went VIP coz we're fuckin bosses. Spent my inheritance on the games machines and sweets, but we loved every second. The only problem I had was that the toilets were absolutely filthy, I actually went and told a member of staff how bad they were. Some cretin had decided not to evolve into a decent human being and pissed all over the floor like his monkey ancestors, which my 3 year old stepped in.....they were quick on it and sorted, so I can't really complain, can I? Either way, it was a good day out!

Fantastic, first time me and my wife haven’t been bowling in years. The guy named James at front desk was very accommodating letting us know about deals and the best option. Great staff and a big thumbs up.

Attended yesterday for my daughter's birthday. 2 games and a drink from the bar. Great atmosphere on a Friday night, good music playing. All 5 of us really enjoyed the games and the drinks. Even won a bottle of prosecco on the pink pin strike, result. Great night.

New lanes which look a lot better! The place itself is fine... Could possibly do with a little more signage for steps and where toilets are but that's just my opinion.

Clean and tidy. Had to wait a little while to get drinks as there's no way for the people working there to tell if anybodys waiting!



Very little toilet paper in the ladies but couldn't find anyone to tell.

Extremely loud!



Was hard to find balls because the racks weren't stocked... People had just taken them all...could do with someone restocking the racks.



All in all, a really fun place I wish I could afford to visit more often. The price isn't the best value though, so it's a once in a blue moon activity!

Just had my sons 10th birthday him and his friends loved it th host Ellie was a good host couldn't do enough. The only thing that was disappointing was suppose to get 2 hours but didn't got finished half an hour early which made the kids run wild

Had a great day on Sunday for my daughter's 7th birthday party Rosie our organiser was brilliant sorting everything even with 15 kids to contend with all the kids enjoyed themselves. The only disappointing part was the fact we chose the more expensive package to have food in 'party room' and lanes decorated and this didn't happen we also paid for an hour bowling rather than a game and the kids didnt get to finish one game as there were 8 to a lane i think it should have been explained. So in hindsight we could have paid for the cheaper package. All in all the kids had fun but I feel we were sold the higher package when we really had the cheaper one

Had a good time with the family. 4 adults, 2 children. All booked online seamlessly and managed to get a family package for 2 games, plus 2 adults for 2 games at about £60/65 which I thought was quite reasonable. It was fairly manic with kids birthday parties but the children running rampant in front of the lanes was a fault of the parents and not the team! Staff that served us were very nice and understanding so going again next weekend.

Had a fun morning at Hollywood Bowl, but disappointed to come home and find we had been overcharged. Four adults (two concessions) and two children, but no one thought to ask if we wanted the family ticket or that there were apparently some special half term offers on.



Leaves a sour taste when you find you could have had twice the fun for the same price.



Kids still enjoyed their bowling though, but please look into this Hollywood Bowl!

Family Birthday. 4 adults 2 kids. Had great time. Drinks served to our table. Staff friendly enough, drinks staff especially. Only negative, & I agree with someone else’s review:- the men’s toilets absolutely STINK. Wife & daughter said the women’s did too!

Went there for the first time in a while, sorry to say was not impressed, balls were dirty and greasy, only one my size, that the people in the next lane kept pinching, didnt try the food mainly due to the high cost of bowling itself, £42 for three games for both of us isn't good value as far as I'm concerned, going to the pictures next time

Nothing wrong with the bowling. Some of the adult bowls are very heavy and the lighter ones an adults fingers won't fit in. It was very expensive for an automated game also we couldn't get a refund when one member couldn't come thought we did get a credit note for two games.

Experience ok but could of been more on point had to wait until people had left area which was a mess! I really think that when a lane is booked it’s should be cleared at least 15mins before new players are booked in. Music to loud in my opinion can’t hear what the staff were saying had to confirm several times to confirm which lane! Also had to navigate ourselves no great customer service at all.

Bowling is fun, howver not enough staff no one manning the good kiosk one at the bar etc! Appreciate costs but standards were poor not enough bowling balls (can't please EVERYONE I KNOW) but mediums seem to be scarce! £60 plus drinks on an hours bowling

Went yesterday with the family! The game itself lovely but the women's toilets were disgusting!! Poo and wee left not flushed in the toilets. Toilet roll all over the floor and the most horrible smell! I think that the amount paid for 2 games for a family of 3 should be enough to at least clean the toilets regular!

The bowling is bowling.... You can't really screw that bit up.



The warnings of the lane being slippy can not be seen when you have the lighting set for the "disco vibe". Consequently my mother broke her arm last year after trying to remove a ball from the gutter, that a troublesome family threw over, because there was no help forthcoming.



My latest gripe has come to light when I try to book my family on a lane, to find that they have removed that option during the school holidays. Absolutely disgraceful and incredibly greedy.

I wouldnt go again staff dont have a clue the place needs a good clean

Why when I go to book bowling for my two disabled sons under the concession rate there is no bowling available tomorrow yet if I pay full price there is availability all day?

Well she is a liar as I am in Italy working to pay the bills and my wife’s weekends away with private chefs

We attended yesterday tea time for my little boys 5th birthday party after booking the party package and paying extra on top for the VIP area we were told the area would all be decorated with balloons ect and look special to arrive to dirty area with dirty glasses wet seat and no balloons or anything wen I asked they went down and picked the free balloons stand up that you help yourself to at reception and put it near our lane then we asked for our juice and that seemed like I was asking for the world the gang of lads next to us seemed to be top priority then as I tried to do my little boys birthday candles and cake they had sent the next ppl booked onto our lane down and they wanted us off would of been nice if a member of staff could of came down and said the next ppl are here would it be ok to do the cake in the bar or somewhere I had even asked if we could eat food in the bar when they finished the game which I was told yes at booking only last nite to be told we had to order food as soon as we got there I felt like we had just turned up to play a normal game of bowling like we do regularly and my little boy was expecting it to be a special as it was his birthday 😢

Taking my niece for her first time turned into a nightmare. Booked two games online all fine until we got to the VIP area,no signs of there being a step which caused my mother to fall and hurt her knee and shoulder. Told a member of staff who gave my mother some ice and took down her details. Once they did this they didn't bother to ask to see if she was ok. When we finished our first game we got told there was a no refund policy and got gift vouchers. Very disappointed in this.

I can’t believe this place tbh. I went with three teenagers this morning and asked to bowl for the three of them. No bowling till after 6pm having getting a taxi to arrive I wasn’t planning on leaving and going back so decided we would try and play the arcades available for a while then get some lunch. Two change machines both out of order when I asked the staff behind the counter for some change to play on the machines I was told “we can’t change notes” well if I had coins I would have been playing the arcades already. Ah well there own loss entirely as promised I took my three teenagers and our budget elsewhere.
